hey nicholas, there are actually 2 types of xiao mai used in tcm. one is fu 浮小麦 the other is 淮小麦. the latter is slightly cold, enters the heart channel, and the effect is tonify the heart expel irritation (养心除烦) , and used in 甘麦大枣汤. all the best

Great video as always =] I was taught that for warts you use Wu Mei topically because its acidity "digests" it, so one should not remove anything from the skin priorly/

Bai Guo goes to the KD and LU per Benski. Not Stomach. Makes sense since it affects the upper and lower jiao.
