Hey Cami, I just placed an order and can’t wait to try making the elderberry syrup. I use to do some gummies but I don’t think they did anything so I’m interested in making my own syrup. I looked at your recipe online. It didn’t see dosage. How much do you recommend per dose? I read somewhere to do a preventative TBSP a day but more if actually sick?? Thanks!
