There was a DBZ game on the Sega Saturn that had a mode that let you rig fights (trying to increase your gambled Zeni) as Mr. Satan in order to pay Android 18 the bribe for her pretending to lose against Mr. Satan. The way you rigged fights was by using different items such as banana peels (I'm not kidding) to make your targets mess up their attacks. Point is, Mr. Satan had a high powered flashlight in order to simulate a Solar Flare effect in this mode. If he had it in this game? He'd have some insane tech.

Man, i so love to see any other character aside from US Goku, Gogetas/Vegettos or any other high-end cheap-cheese characters. I just refuse to play easy mode with all of those and instead love to fight other weaker side-characters like this one. I was so in to main Recoome, but his moves are very slow and mechanically can't compete against the unoriginall overused trash you see on ranked.

This actually does seem really interesting though. A lot of the ways you can fight with Mr Satan tend to be about buying time for you to charge up for an attack that chips away at their health. Even though he has very weak knock back, the strat seems to be doing the dodges and combos to push your opponent away, while also using the move that raises basically all your stats by a minuscule amount. Then if you can get to sparking and combo into Buu it seems actually possible. The present does do damage that can chip away at health, but I also see it as a means to run away really quickly too. Makes for a character that despite being incredibly weak may actually be able to fight some characters.
