Why not machine an offset pin for your stroker- Start with a blank and machine on side for the crank pin. Then chuck it in 4 jaw and machine the rod size to whatever offset you want. Put the rod and bearing on the journal and chuck the crank pin in the 3 jaw and turn the other crank pin to size. Now you have a complete assembly you could sell to customers and all they need to do is press out the original rod and pin and press in the new one. You could sell them on an exchange basis and keep units in stock.

You can find almost every brand and model eccentric crank pin here in Thailand but It’s not as durable as doing it this way, using eccentric pin the first thing that’ll break is conrod bearing as you can see the customer already used eccentric crank pin before sending it in for him to fix

@@satan101101 OK- I can see that the eccentric pin would leave a certain amount of the rod journal unsupported and create a stress point- I was looking at it from a USA labor cost perspective as well, which wouldn't apply in Thailand.
