@jillgott6567 Yes, I have purchased their candy! Their products are amazing! The chocolates are delicious. I've had their potato chip bark, oreo creams, and chocolate covered marshmallows 🤌🏾 The caramel filled sour apple ribbon is top tier. I also love the fruit and friendly hard candy, as well as their peppermint ribbon. The super sour candy is indeed very sour, lol. I can do spicy, but sour make me pucker too much. In short, I am a huge fan, and living 15 minutes away is a little bit dangerous for me 🤪

My first thought when Terry mentioned potatoes was, you know, that big, brass kettle you guys have in the shop could definitely be filled with fry oil. You've already got a good quality food thermometer. All you'd need would be a wavy cutting blade (maybe from a cheese grater) and perhaps a little rig to help you be consistent with slicing the potatoes. You guys could *definitely* make your own chips. It would certainly make a great one off video and it might even save you money on real chips in the long run.

Please check out the import laws of your country. Most likely, they have a law why certain things are not allowed being sent to your country. This is the case with a lot of countries they don't ship to.

Off this topic, but I just watched a short with you using the antique roller to make drop candies and it sparked an idea... what if right before the candy goes into the roller, you were to sprinkle the candy with a mix of granulated sugar and citric acid... to provide texture and a sour outside before the sweetness of the rest of the candy hits? Do you think it would work without jamming the roller? Would it stick onto the candy properly? I think this deserves an experiment at least, don't you?? :)
