I often promote 50s and 60s Rock 'n' Roll music by playing it to the kids at school. So many of them now know the words and tunes to many of the most popular songs...haha!

I dated a Nashville Ted during the late 80s/early 90s. I'll tell you, it's a lot of pressure to be the girl on at Teddy's arm. Nothing worse than your guy out dressing you all the blasted time!

funny thought it showed miss Presley to be/ double standers how come every one went mad at Jerry lee for getting married she was 13 and ok a family member, but don't forget this is the USA we are talking about were some one can marry a fucking horse for F**K S**K / BUT NO ONE BAT'S AN EYE WHEN ELVIS MOVES IN HIS LITTLE 14 YEAR OLD HONEY, JREEY LEE WAS A TRUE ROCK GOD/ HE WROTE THE WORDS AND MUSC TO HIS SONGS/ YOU NAME ONE SONG THAT ELVIS WROTE THE WORDS AND MUSIC TOO/ NOT ONE/ BILLY FURY OUR KING WENT OVER THERE TO MEET HIM THEY SANG A SONG TOGETHER, ELVIS WAS AS MAD AS HELL HE COULD SEE MRS PRESLEY ALL FLUSHED AND SMILEING AT OUR BILLY CAUSE BILLY WAS A VERY GOOD LOOKING LAD, AND HAD A BETTER VOICE AND AT THAT TIME A BETTER STAGE PRESENCE BILLY WAS THE ONE THAT HAD THEM SCREMING MORE THEN WHEN THE BEATLES CAME ALONG/ THE ONLY ONE MAN ACT IN THE SIXTES THAT COULD OUT DO THE BEATLES ALL THE REST DISAPPEARED WERE WAS CILFF TOMMY ADAM MARTY GONE/ BILLY WAS STILL HOLDING IS GROUND. Dreadful. Lazy programme making from the BBC. More a reflection on a Teds or Rock n Roll weekender than actual 1950s youth culture.
