This exercise was suggested to me by a gorgeous subscriber who was struggling with the first version of the CHEEK PLUMPER, so I decided to make a video today to see if this one works better for some of you who haven't quite mastered the other one.

I love your exercises. They are so much more different than the generic or basic exercises offered by other "face yoga" coaches. Your videos have been the only routines that have made a significant difference on my face. Please keep posting more exercises.

Hi Peta, I'm so happy I found your exercises as I never want to resort to surgery to help me look the best I can without it. I've been doing some face exercises from a book I purchased in the 1980's but probably not doing them as well as I could be. I've taken a 'before' picture and hope to take a after in 6-8 weeks to see if I've improved. I'm 81 years now and plan to someday celebrate my 150th birthday. LOL Or the best I can....My worst feature is my turkey neck so I will be concentrating on it as well as all over. Thanks for sharing your videos.

Ruth Thomas Awwww Ruth, what a legend. Welcome to my channel! Here is a full face routine that will help you have more success - kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqWXk4qcZp2Je5o. Possibly give yourself a little more time, but when you see things changing it might be your nose first that feels more taut or your cheeks etc... it will not happen all at once. The trick is to just do them as instructed every day and you will see changes happening. I would love to see your pictures. I hope that helps!

Yes I have done a whole routine, and will be updating it soon! you can see it here, it is an old one I did in the very beginning of the channel - kzbin.info/www/bejne/n6vRqJKigN5nirs. Then you can go to the playlist and find other exercises in their muscle groups to change them about. As long as you are doing the a whole face routine, you will have results!

FACEROBICS® - Face Exercises Thanks for the reply. I got on the left side of the face, the mouth is much more pronounced wrinkles than on the right side. It is also on the left side laughing fold from nose to mouth very strong, on the other side is almost nonexistent. Please, can you give me instructions with the video, which exercises the more I run to my status on his face repaired. Thank you very much. By the way, I apologize if my English is not the best.

I have been doing deep breathing and it has help my face become much smoother and younger looking.I am 19 and I get that I look 14 .Before i was 17 and people would say i look 20- 23 . I take a deep breath in through my nose 1.2.3 and out 1.2.3 and that has help me. you should give it a try :) and thank you for making amazing videos.

Hi Peta, Gladly to say that this is my fourth week with your fabulous facial exercises, and wow! my skin feels tighter than ever. My neck line is slightly tight, but how should I get rid or minimize those ugly lines? Anticipated thanks.

i am 75 years old woman, I have eye bags, frown,11 lines between my eyebrows and at the corners, under my lower lips. Do I have the chance to get rid of these ? I do have false teeth for 45 years now, so my gums are already dried for over these years. Do I need to take off my dentures before doing the exercise?. I also had my right eye cataract surgery last june 2016. Will this not affect my right eye using the eyes exercise? thanks a lot !

Luz, i always say that you need to think about whether the exercises would suit or not if you are having other issues. With your eyes, how long ago did you have surgery? Are they healed. You can keep your teeth in.

Latha Singh Hi Latha, so glad you are finding the videos of benefit! Start off 50 times and build up to 100, stay there for awhile and then slowly build to 150 if you can. Hope that helps!

no, please do not change the exercises or add to the routines, you will have more sagging as the skin may fatigue.

I only feel it in my jaw. aaarrrrgg. I cant seem to get these cheek plumping exercises for the life of me. BUT i am doing really well with all your other exercises.

I love all your videos and have been doing a lot of them and have seen good results! As I aged, I noticed that my masseter has grown larger which is undesirable. Is there a method you know to reduce the size of my masseter? Also are there any exercises I should avoid doing? Thanks!

Hi Mei, this exercise that you are looking will tone the masseter. So I would suggest not to do this one, but would suggest that you just do upper cheek exercises instead. There are some on my playlists on the channel page. I hope that helps!

Hi Peta! Thank you so much for the videos (and this one for sure), as they really are helpful to maintain a young looking face. But my question actually is, and this goes for this exercise as for all the other face exercises, will you have to do it for the rest of your life? Or does it take, let's say, maybe a few weeks, months, years to permanently change the face forever? Just out of curiosity. Shailendra Hi Shailendra thanks for asking. Yes, you need to keep doing them regularly to get the benefit, just like if you went to the gym every day, then stopped, your body and fitness would return to what it was before you started. With the body, as with the face, nothing is permanent, even if one had face surgery or injections, it is not forever. I hope that helps!

Hi Peta, Will try this one, I am quite old, nearly 77 and have a little dehydration/slight creasing on side of cheek, hoping to get rid of it. I have been following you for about six weeks, will this exercise help do you think?

Hi PETA, Is it ok to do the turkey neck exercises along with the do along with you in all series? I’m on my 2nd round of the program and love it, starting to see a difference. Starting the 100 reps in 1st series. Thank you a million times over.

China Lee Hi China, of course you need to do what is right for yourself, and I always say that, because we have fillers and the like for our own personal reasons, and there is nothing wrong with having these procedures. However, if you have already started a routine and it is working, if you have injections that freeze the muscle, you won't be able to move the muscle to do the exercise as it is frozen in place! Its the exact opposite to what face exercises are about, as you have move the muscle to exercise them. I hope that helps!

you say thank you in the end of your videos u are so sweet ... we must say you thank you sooo much bec. all of your videos are gorgeous like you (sorry for eng.grammer if i am wrong) .. i also ask you something .. i have large poles on my cheeks so i hide them with face powders :( i tried lots of things unfort. i could not shrink them but i saw a video on yt she suggests green apple with lemon juice on face.. i have a very oily skin i have used this recipe for a week before going to sleep and i realized that it worked a bit but some ppl think that lemon juice is not good for face ... have you any suggestion for me about it ? thanks a lot

guzel sumerli Hi Guzel, welcome! The exercises will also help to shrink your pores along with other preparations. Lemon is good for the face, for making it lighter, it acts like natural fruit acid peel, and you can use it once a week to exfoliate the skin. The more you exfoliate, the smoother your skin looks. Even though it may not actually shrink the pores, which there is a school of thought that it is not possible to do that, it gives the illusion of smaller pores because the skin is looking smooth and silky. Coconut oil, or Olive Oil and sugar acts as a wonderful exfoliator also.I hope that helps!

I can't figure out what I am doing wrong because this seems to form more lines from my mouth to my chin when I am done and take my hands away. Do you think they are only temporary and I shouldn't be concerned? Thanks!

I feel like this is helping with my tmj, I'm only on 50 reps. I was actually a bit scared to do this exercise because of tmj but I think it's helped with the clicking.

hi royal, if you have any predisposed problems like tmj, you need to be very careful with the exercises. I would suggest that you do that area very lightly

Hi Alaa here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. Hi- I love this exercise but I have developed masseter muscles which tends to make the area under my cheek bones look hollow - I'm trying to fill that out and make it look fuller. Will this exercise make the hollows worse or better?

Thanks so much for your response! I am doing them in a series, but my concern is about the hollows under my cheekbones in front of the masseter. Because I have a well developed masseter, it creates those hollows and I am wondering if doing this exercise will make the masseter bigger and make the hollows worse.

Hi Peta, i have been using this exercise for one month and do 6x60 reps but it dosent help so much to my hollow cheek, can i also use the exercise that you blow your cheek with air and move from left to right ? i want to have much fuller cheek. I'm a man and 49 years

+ulf eriksson - Hi Ulf, thanks for your comment. Ulf, you need to be doing this exercise as part of a full face routine, and if you are doing 6x60 reps per day? you are definitely doing too much. Firstly I would suggest that you subscribe to the channel if you havent already, to get updates on how the programme works and other videos on how to practice facial exercises safely, because what you are currently doing is too much, of one exercise. Secondly, here is a link that shows you how the programme works - renew-me.com.au/blog/2015/12/03/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. The repetitions are x50 2 weeks, x100 2 weeks, x150 2 weeks, then change to a new routine and start the same repetitions above. This way you will start seeing changes. I hope that helps!

Hi again Peta, Thank's for your comment, so i do over train my cheek are... I need to go back to level one and do 50 reps/day for two week and then level 2. I only wonder if i need to do all exercises. I "only" have problem with my left cheek that is hollow no other problems best regards :-)

+ulf eriksson - hi Ulf, you need to do all the exercises to get the lift on your face that you are looking for in your cheeks. You cannot spot exercise your face, just like your body. Follow the programme exactly and you will see results over time.

Hi again Peta, i'm really confused, there is so many videos, please tell me witch exercise i need to do should i do all five cheek exercises ? super thanks in advance....sorry if i don't understand

+ulf eriksson - Hi Ulf, its ok, did you have a chance to read the link I gave you? You need to read that to understand how the programme works. Also, you cannot do 5 of the same muscle group exercises at once, you will cause more wrinkles. The best thing for you is to follow along with the Exercise Along With Me videos. You need to learn the exercises first, then follow the programme. All of the exercises in each series are in a pop up link toward the beginning of the videos. Please read how the programme works, then give it a go. I had sunken cheeks too as you can see from older videos, but I have managed to build up my face to where the muscles are strong and firm now. You can do it too, all you have to do is follow the programme. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

Christina Von Heidenstam Hi Christina, this exercise is for people with sunken cheeks who want them to look fuller. It gives more volume to the cheeks. If you dont want that, dont do the exercise! I hope that helps!

You have to do a full face routine to start getting results. You cant spot exercise otherwise you will create more wrinkles and sagging

I'm wondering if there's any way I can do these plumping exercises more strongly on one side than the other, since my left cheek is more hollow than my right. I think i was overdoing my lymphatic massage (there's always a knot on the left cheek and I can't even get rid of it)... I tried to move the left side more strongly, but I wonder it the two sides will even out (especially I want both sides to plump up but the left side more so), and if so, how many months it may take @_@ Thanks!
