Molly smashburgers are a definite must make! You know I've made them and they are the bomb!!! I use mayo when I know the burgers are gonna be sloppy! I don't use butter, I like to use olive oil on the griddle! Delicious smashburgers, Tommy!!!😋😋😋

Another great video Tommy! Burgers, onion burgers are awesome and I love the way you did it 2 different ways 🙂 I told my service manage about your French Toast Dogs video and said we need to make it. As I was describing how you did it he was like heck ya! But it didn't stop there. I sent him the link to your video and told him, just watch the first 30 seconds of the opening and you WILL WANT THIS! As I watched, he opened your video and watched it with another guy at work that does a lot of smoking and they were both in awe of the opening of that video. You're the man Tommy and as I've said you got some good s**t here on this cannel buddy. I like butter OR mayonnaise on my rolls...probably more towards the butter side but mayonnaise works just as good 🙂I have not had the Molly smash before, I've just done the onion burger once on my channel but I am DEFINITELY going to have to try the Molly smash with the brown sugar on the meat...why not I say...a different flavor is ALWAYS better to try 👍 I will for sure be trying the "Molly" version of this burger! Tommy, in my opinion, you have brought us videos to this channel as you have promised. Every video is a "do" video for us cooking, smoking, griddling KZbinrs 😉

Alrighty then. I have some fresh ground brisket burgers ready for tomorrow so I will finally attempt the Molly burger, cast iron pan on the ol' Weber. Question though, will the Molly also work over direct heat charcoal? Thanks Tommy. Loving the new channel too. * Oh yeah, team butter on burgers, mayo on grilled cheese. Both on patty melts 😅

I think direct heat would burn the brown sugar. A saute pan would be killer.

Tommy my guy...first off when it comes to toasting Buns or a Grill Cheese sandwich BUTTER all the way although I'll settle for Mayonnaise in a pinch. Of course Molly Burger every time it has that unique flavor that can't be beat. Ciao 🍻
