That sky high mascara is PHENOMENAL for layering. I’ll typically use one coat of a more voluminous mascara and top it off with the sky high and by lashes look amazing. No flaking. No smearing. Chef’s kiss!

I've been trying something new, every few weeks, from watching all my girls(and guys)on KZbin. I'm in love with the Revlon Glass Shine Lipstick! I'm not much a lipstick person, but since the mask mandates have been lifted, I've become a little obsessed. I'm also loving the Maybelline Lifter Gloss.

I did try a few new pallets! Nomad Paradise Island (an Indy brand), and Hi dash Monocromance, and I just ordered his other pallet, I love them!! And I have tried several Sephora lipsticks called Stories, their just fabulous!

Mandy, I am so there with you on the overpriced hair products. I highly recommend Pacifica and the new-ish Monday Haircare shampoos and conditioners. Pacifica has some great affordable styling products and they probably have a serum/leave-in that you'd like. I'm using the Gentle line from Monday and my sensitive scalp and fine hair are loving it.

I have a gremlin, an old purse hanging in my closet, and believe me, it's seen better days. It's where I toss odd earrings; lids to lipsticks that get dried out because I can never remember where I put the lids; clothing tags that come with replacement buttons and yarn lengths to use for mending; solo socks...So how many times have I actually found the other halves? Exactly twice. But hope springs eternal, and my re-shopping and replacement costs keep climbing. So retailers have planted the idea that these gremlins work, for them. We all have a purse or tote bag that turned out to be not so cute. So now it has a use. What a racket! Brainwashing, elevated to an art form! Thank you for your contributions, MandyLea! {wink}

I didn’t try the cyo brow mascara because I don't use clear mascara so I'm definitely not recommending it based on experience but cyo was made by boots who also make No7. They make a clear mascara for lashes and brows so it might be similar xx

Omg! I got a sample and then splurged on the mini set Sephora had available of the Oribe… and then I picked up the conditioner because I love the way it smells and makes my hair feel! It has helped so much!!! But ya, the $52 price kind of hurts! But I am willing to spend it on my hair for the feeling it provides! It has helped me hair so much! I got the Gold Lust Repair and Restore conditioner and it’s freakin amazing! I have natural curly hair that has been dyed over and over again and felt like straw and was breaking. That Oribe gave my hair life! It’s super soft! I can run my fingers through my hair and it’s not all tangled and it does not feel like straw anymore! I will happily pay the price! The 33oz bottle is $182! I didn’t get that one, but depending on how long the 6.8oz bottle lasts… I might pick it up…

My heart broke when C.Y.O. cosmetics went out of business because I had just discovered their long lasting foundation and loved it. It was so lightweight and natural and it cost about $6! When I heard the bad news I bought some back ups from Walgreens between $2 and 4!! because Soap & Glory sold it at twice the price as Kick A** Foundation (now only available in the very deep shades), so I feel your pain. 😔 XXOO ❤

Laughing so hard when you looked up the price of Oribe. My Oribe product is Aesop’s resurrection hand balm. Smells divine.. texture and moisture is 👌👌but it’s difficult to imagine paying that much for hand lotion. 😭 Sticking to bath and body works aromatherapy line..

@Christine Cho you might look at the Pacifica or Love Beauty Planet lines for similar hand creams you can get at Target. Unless you're getting the BBW deal, I think these turn out even more affordable.

I LOVE the brow mascara from Essence- Make me Brow-- I use #3 soft browny brown as I have the same fair neutral coloring as you--- could never find quite the right tone as I was "originally "a blue-eye brunette---- I like this so much I bought 4!! i think CVS here had the best selection-- they are $4 or $5!! and made in Italy- nothing wrong with that🤣 xxxooo

One of the CVS stores closest to me now has a pretty decent size display of Essence products. Around the same time Mandy picked up the pink and nude palettes I picked up the pink one. I've been using that palette along with the green one so much lately. I didn't see the brow product you mentioned but then again I wasn't really paying attention to their brow products because I've been using the Elf stick Mandy has along with their brow wow. If you don't mind can you tell me what type of hold their product has? Would greatly appreciate it... 😉

It's not enough that I have to use a pencil because the brow wow tends to fill those spots in. Basically like what Mandy's discontinued product does for her. I've been trying to get up the nerve to trim them because they're so long in certain places but I'm just a tad bit nervous to do it, lol. Sounds like their product would work for me once they're trimmed though. Thanks for sharing the products info with me... 😉

Craziest thing happened. 1st time I used it I understood what all the hype was about but then the very next day I had a completely different experience. It clumped on me so badly. It was so bad that I wanted to take it off but I was getting ready to go to a Drs appointment so I had to just deal with the mess it made of my lashes. I have a Milani cream blush that I have yet to try. If that one doesn't work out I'll give theirs a go. Thanks for the rec's... 👍

From the brand Essence. I have 3. The green, coral and pink. They're pretty solid little palettes for like $4. Unfortunately the coral doesn't look to good on me due to my skin tone so keep that in mind when choosing. You can find them at CVS and Ulta. Every time I go to grab a palette I find myself reaching for those over everything else I have. Even my cream shadow sticks from Elf that you couldn't pry out of my hands, lol. I've been using the green and pink ones together. Hope this was helpful... 😉

I've been tempted to try the Maybelline Sky High Mascara because it's a tubing mascara but I'm hesitant because I've heard people say it's so hard to remove. I wonder if they just don't know how to remove a tubing mascara. What do you think?

I have no problems removing this mascara with an oil cleanser. It is difficult to remove with water, like other tubing mascaras, which may be why there are so many complaints.
