Collision is disabled because the collisions are calculated by the server, and the car position is calculated by the player’s computer, creating invisible crashes for others

There's been rain implemented in RFA league racing and had pretty good physics, but idk why its never been added into the actual game. There's also slipstream and drs but they areso op on Rfa Time trial in RFA should also be more of a main feature since also has a leadboard

There is this Indycar game on roblox called "Bubble's Indycar | Pocono Raceway (2014)" and the crash physics and collisions in this game are straight up amazing, would love to have something like this in Formula Apex Racing.

Alright just finished watching masterpiece! I also agree that doing a lot of hotlaps to get momey can get really boring and the idea of having a career mode sounds very good! I think in one way or another roblox racing games should add more progression a bit like how we have it with mobile games like real racing 3.

While that could work, I don’t play RR3 for one reason, and that’s their career mode. It absolutely sucks and is a cash grab but we could potentially implement it without having to do so many micro transactions yeah.

3:30 career mode would be really cool yeah, but creating an AI for roblox isn't easy (I have heard that devgem are in the early stages of developing one for both ptd and mrt though, no idea if it's for a career mode) as for collisions, well uhm... [insert level 1 drivers ruining everyone's race in turn 1] PTD also has slipstream and dirty air and such, though only in race mode.

1. In games if you have private server you should have the ability to tinker with cloud spread and fog just like in assetto corsa. 2. Setups should return, it can get very boring driving a car and not having the ability to get that little bit more of a rotation from setup. 3. Car livery editor, just like in Aeronautica, you get the livery image, change it up then upload to roblox and use the ids to have custom livery! 4. Maybe track editor ? although thats too much to ask ig. 5. Special challenges like in Gran Turismo (Hamilton one for example), do certain times on certain tracks and get some special cosmetic, probably should be limited.

sadly, collisions probably never will be completely possible in roblox, there will always be the low quality attempts at it (IAR) which just simply places a small collision block inside the car, and predicts what direction your car is going while you're lagging, but proper proper collisions with F1 cars will probably never be possible unless roblox FINALLY update their servers and allow for it. career mode is a very fun and exciting idea, but it would not only take SO long to develop and create, it would also get boring very quickly and very repetitive as TRUE ai on roblox will never really be possible, the closest we have to "ai racing" on roblox is recording 5-7laps and then just replaying 10 cars around then randomly picking which laps line they're going to take, in other words you're just racing against the same 5 racing lines. RFA also does have slipstream, dirty air, and drs 😉 aswell they also have time trial and ghost similar to F1 23!! and track evolution and all that fancy tyre stuff with grips and heat, is already in roblox!! It was added in the new AC 1.6 but, no roracing game has bothered to update to it yet as it would require re-coding ALL of your plugins, cool car features and most of the game from scratch thank you for reading
