Timothy, this house would be so cool for a single person or, possibly two people!! It has all the features and details, that you can need and want!! All the rooms are nice and comfortable!! It's simply adorable!! Thank you!!

I don't normally like single wides but this one is very nice! The living room is so bright with all the windows and the kitchen is great with all its cabinets...just wish they weren't the dark wood. The 2nd bedroom and closet are nice along with the 2nd bath. The master bath was amazing with plenty of closet space. Overall, It's definitely a nice place with a great floor plan. Absolutely Gorgeous Home.. Like ve the elongated window's in the house.. very sleek.. I'd change the Kitchen table and the cabinet colors... That's probably it..I love the window above the kitchen sink,a major plus... Loving the laundry Room in the S/W...The Master Bedroom is humongous... Very Roomy and Spacious... Really big sizeS/W...😊🌼☀️🌻🌞😀

The lower cabinets in the dining area need to be drawers over door's style cabinets, you have dishes and glasses in the cabinet by the dining table but no drawers to have your flatware and serve ware I in the area. Didn't see a linen closet or cabinet in the master bath. I like the size of the bedroom's. Need to remove two windows in the wall of windows in the living room so you have more wall space.

That’s a perfect starter home for a young couple or a single person, but it’s also a great downsize home for empty nesters. I love the living room and kitchen! One of the things I love that I am now seeing in many of the homes you’ve toured is when closets have some kind of window in them to let in natural night!

Love this home. Hate openfloor plans that show the kitchen as soon as you walk in the door. Guess I'm just old.

The living room is great except too Many windows, need to take like 2 windows out from the wall of windows to give more wall space like the dining area but those cabinets beside it need to be drawers over door's style cabinets, your flat ware and serve ware should be able to be in drawers right next to the dining table. The actual kitchen is very nicely appointed with a good amount of cabinets including drawers over door's style cabinets hooray.

Hello Timothy! I thought when you started showing this home it was gonna be nearly perfect. The commodes in both bathrooms have plenty of room around them, which does not happen often! The Living Room is mostly separated from the kitchen, which I like. The furnace and water heater are both in the utility room! I think there was a Gas Cook Stove even. Would need a fireplace in the living room. Would also need a Handicapped Tub in the Master Bathroom. But then I saw the Dining Room. THERE'S NO PLACE TO PUT GRANDMA'S CHINA CABINET!!! That is a serious Deal Breaker for me! I mean there's no place for it - unless I put it in the Living Room, which I'm not going to do. Oh well. It's a good video just the same Timothy. That's lovely, so bright and airy. I'd change the colour of the kitchen cabinets. I don't like the dark wood. I love square sinks. That would be perfect for me and my partner.

Why would you put a water heater with the furnace? If the water heater leaks or busts, your furnace is in jeopardy. Having the furnace out of the way is nice but I just don’t think the plan is well thought out.

There is room for 4 people, then why that ridiculous big kitchen? How many plates you need to store? A dining room would be nice.....🙋🏼‍♀️🇱🇺
