I read an article that explained how we noticed a number that already has some meaning for us, and then our brain subconsciously fixates in it so we're more aware of when it pops up. My call sign in law enforcement was "917" and I see it all the time, because I used it in reports and documents, but it's just random.

I didn't learn about it until years after seeing it all the time, so no. L I understand what you are thinking though. Like when you buy a new car and then you start noticing the same car everywhere and wonder why you didn't notice them before. That's not this. We see these numbers so often that it becomes noticeably abnormal, and along with these appearances, we can feel a driving force, and finally we rule out coincidence and begin to look for an alternate explanation. That's not the same thing as the baader-meinhoff phenomenon. This is supernatural, and it's one of the many ways that God can communicate with people. Not everyone speaks the same language, amd s9me have a higher intuition than others, so God uses what he needs to, to lead and motivate people in the right direction, or just plain let you know He is there.
