HERE'S A NEW IDEA - WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I have a had a number of people message me trying to figure out where I've been the last few months. The truth is, I've been working A LOT! Some of my caring and concerned subscribers out there have given me a new idea about the content I should create: a Christian, faith based channel (or content on this channel) that dives deeper into some of the truth found in the Bible. We live in a difficult time. Isn't it about time we have a "normal" hard-working man share his thoughts on living a Christian life? What are your thoughts? Share in the comments below.

The "daily grind" as you put it is a major battleground for me as a believer or anyone trying to live true to his values or principles. It's too easy to be tripped up and miss the mark with attitudes or actions when tested, especially when driving a truck as you may now be aware. We all need encouragement with living out our faith where the rubber meets the road (pun intended). If you believe you have been gifted in this way, then by all means brother use your gift.

The God of the Bible is actively working in the lives of His people. Seek Him for whatever you desire. He'll be faithful to not steer you wrong. I'd support a faith based channel if your theology matched up with biblical principles. We, as believers, do lots of stuff to support our families. But that's not where our responsibilities end. God calls us, as we're doing all this stuff, to ALSO bring folks into the kingdom. I don't know if this new channel is how you should do this. But I do know that God knows. His will is perfect...our goal should be to figure that out!

Honestly, I'm not sure if the audio in this video is recorded on the headset or not. The headset has been good for me, and has a great range for a bluetooth.

In answer to your question, that is going to need to be up to you and your walk (faith in) with God and His direction. As background, I (75) come from a Southern Baptist family and am a Deacon in a Southern Baptist Church. I accepted Christ as Savior in 1957 at 10. I was ordained a Deacon in 1978 at 31. I have long thought that many of our preachers and pastors are too educated or preach over the congregation instead of relaying how we all should live our lives in the day-to-day. Regretfully, many pastors and preachers take the seminary education too far. Our pastor in St. Louis, relayed a story of him using his sermon from Sunday in his homiletics class, which earned him a C, and he was surprised because 3 people were saved from that message; kinda makes you wonder how well his grade was chosen by the prof.

I'm not a perfect person none of us are. I have a strong faith but like you said work and walk with the broken people of the world . I need more time spent with people like you who can build and help heal this grumpy tired old man ( only 53 but after doing flooring for 32 + years still put in some long days). I love the idea for the new channel. "Work and walk" is another possibility name for the channel .

Create the channel I’m an O/O myself I’m 47 and I’ve been saved every day since I was 16 I went to Marylin Hickey Bible college in Denver ( subsidiary of Oral Roberts university) And Logos Bible college out of Jacksonville Fl Then spent my life surviving in a world that kept me too busy to have much influence in the world around me Everyone that knows me tells me to do the same And here I am still too busy hauling freight up and down the road If you start a channel I will support it You have a following Preach it Brother

Hi, I have missed your more frequent videos. I am 72 year old Christian woman. Started watching your u tube when I ran across it, you were using a chainsaw and it reminded me if my daddy. I subscribed after watching you a couple of times and appreciated the fact you were a Christian man and I didn't hear cursing or filthy jokes. I've kept subscribed even tho you don't come on often. As for my thoughts. I say go for it. I for one would love to hear some Godly teaching or sermons from you. And I would tell all my Christian family and friends to listen and sub to your channel. The world has enough garbage. We Christians need something good clean and holy to see and listen to. I do hope you will become our "Preaching Trucker Man" God bless you....and keep you safe out there!

Another quick comment 7 years ago i started driving a truck just to get away and clear my head for 6 months While I studied the 4 gospels And spent time with my Creator and Savior and My comforter. 7 years later I own my own truck my wife is my co-owner/ driver And I’m still studying the 4 gospels If I had a channel it would be ( Now for the rest of the story) what Jesus actually said It would be 4 gospels only Every preacher mentions Jesus the teaches whatsoever they will Nobody teaches what Jesus taught the same way that Jesus taught it Because if you actually read what Jesus actually said enough times sooner or latter he will hurt your feelings. To be a Christian is to be Christ like Yet no one wants to read nor teach his teachings because too many people will be offended So they teach what Paul or Peter said Or Moses Or simply mention Jesus then go off on a rant that has nothing to do with anything that Jesus taught Like I’m doing now I’m not suggesting how to run your channel I’m just saying I’m considering starting my own channel called Jesus said Anyhow start your channel brother The word needs to be out there I would put mine on gttr or something this platform would never allow the truth to be told

Personally, we follow the Law (Torah) that God gave to Moses. We keep the Sabbath on Saturday like Jesus did. We eat clean foods. We don’t eat things that Jesus didn’t eat. We keep the prophetic Leviticus 23 holidays. Everybody in our fellowship studies hard, grinds and shines. It is good to share your testimony. It’s also beneficial to listen to the Bible as you drive. Scripture is part of the grind, I don’t think you should compartmentalize. Integrate scripture into what you do everyday. We who follow the scriptures do so 24/7. Weave it in.

Friend you are misled. God and His word is so much needed in our daily lives and activities. Why do you think he talked to everyone he came across during his daily travels. Christians are to witness in season and out of season. That means talk and witness Jesus, in Church and out.....how else will the world know about Jesus if we only keep him behind our Church doors? Read and study the Holy Bible....King James version. You will know the truth then! Love in Christ.

Don't do it. You have made everything else a priority per your own admittance of work, family, your sawmill channel and never had time for His word before this. You have not placed this as a priority and it will only be done now that you have "free time on the road" and is undeserving of His word. You have already admitted that it will not be consistant, telling me you are not planning to put your all into it.
