This movie was a finely crafted love letter to Spider-Man comics and comic art styles in general. Most of us will probably have to watch it multiple times just to catch most of the references and easter eggs. That said, motion sickness and nausea are basically guaranteed for anyone effected by flashing colors, lights, and rapidly switching scenes. Also, the second half of the movie has so many stopping points that it feels like a television series that just had all its various episodes strung together to make a film. Still, 4-5 stars, great film. Can't wait for Part 2.

Miguel O’Hara had spider powers. His boss got him addicted to Rapture and he got his powers by genetically splicing his DNA with a spider’s to rid himself of the addiction. His suit provided him some technological advancements on top of that.

That's the main thing, like they obviously all climb on walk walls, but Toby out of the main 3 from the Marvel movie is the only one that has real organic webs! THANK YOU!! I’ve been saying this for years! Andrew is the literal peter parker and spiderman! Tobey just has more experience and Tom has the tech but he really embodied his peter side! Even was able to show his emotion through his body language, while Tobey wasn’t as out and Tom had his tech lenses so it always showed his expressions.

Tobey embodied the 70's Spider-Man, it was the comicbook Spider-Man I grew up with and a great translation. Garfield did do a phenomenal job. Sadly, the scripts kept his movies from being better and resulted them being the worst SM movies to date. Holland had the closest embodiment of Peter Parker, but was the farthest from the comics. I'm looking forward to his character getting back down to local neighborhood type Spider-Man

He started off as some angsty good looking, semi-cool sk8tr boi though. That was my least favorite of the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man for me. Don’t even get me started on Martin Sheen’s Uncle Ben. He was the second weakest, only after the practically non-existent Uncle Ben in the Sony/MCU films. I like the earnestness of Tobey’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man. Thought Andrew’s Peter was too much of a brooding loner for my taste, in the beginning, but at least we saw a more practical scientific mind in Andrew’s Peter instead of the spouting of scientific terms and principles. The best part of Andrew is that he started with Gwen Stacy instead of Mary Jane. I like how they kept Tom’s Spider-Man a young boy for the first 3 movies, instead of growing up in the span of one movie, like Tobey’s. He was definitely more oblivious and, let’s be honest, inevitable narcissistic by the 3rd film.

What about "Spider-Man Unlimited?" What universe is that from? Speaking of Spider-Man Unlimited.... I had a Spider-Man figure when I was young that looked a lot like Spider-Man unlimited. But it was super unique. This Spider-Man was big and bulky and he wore a black suit with a red fur spider on the front. There were also red fur rings around his wrists. He sorta looked like the Madam Web movie's Ezekiel Sims, but with tight blue pants. Think about a bulky Miles Morales costume where all the red is fur designs and the bottom half of it is blue. This might've just been an exclusive toy line thing from the early 2000s, but it's bothering the Hell out of me! I really wanna know where that Spider-Man comes from, and what the idea was behind it. I can't remember what toyline it was from, but I do recall it came out right around the same time that the mangaverse kid Spider-Man toy came out.

There is another. Living in Japan, he has no connection to any of the Spider-Men on this list. Not Peter Parker, not Miles Morales, not Miguel O'Hara, this is the Japanese Spiderman, Takuya Yamashiro. Receiving telepathic messages from Garia of Planet Spider, Takuya was mortally wounded by the Iron Cross Army. To save his life, Garia gave Takuya the Spider Bracelet, which infected the Spider Extract into him. Learning that Planet Spider had been wiped out by the Iron Cross Army, Takuya vowed to avenge both his father and Garia, using the Spider Protector stored in the bracelet to become the Emissary from Hell, Spiderman! What really makes Takuya stand out is that not only did he kill the monsters he fought, but he had a Megazord. The starship Marveller could transform into the giant robot Leopardon, which was more than strong enough to stand against the Machine BEMs of the Iron Cross Army when they grew to giant size. If this formula sounds familiar, it's because it helped shape the iconic formula of Super Sentai, and by extension Power Rangers. They exist in this form because of this underrated Spider-Man TV series.

So, Spiderman 2099 DOESNT have powers? That isn't true in my opinion, Miguel O'hara famously has his DNA spliced with that of a SPIDER WHILE WORKING AT ALCHEMEX his WORK is SABOTAGED! Which is why he has Talons and Fangs. This is Canon to marvel Comics according to other sources, so why is it you say he has powers through advanced technology? Im sure he can scale walls with his talons, and his Spidey senses are VERY MUCH intact. Not important but I definitely noticed this. With that being said I BELIEVE; Miles Morales from Across the Spiderverse will either Cross over to earth 199999 after his next tragedy, OR they'll introduce us to Prowler 199999's Miles Morales. How about (Earth-57780's Spider-man) which in actuality is the 1st Spider-Woman, Valerie the Librarian, from Spidey Super Stories #1(July, 1974). 3 years before Jessica Drew's Spider-Woman. Valerie the Librarian was introduced in a special collaborative comic series, Spidey Super Stories, between Marvel and PBS's 'Electric Company' Also in the Earth-57780 universe there is a point where the Peter Parker Spider-Man and Morgan Freeman fight a Yeti. Also the Muppets and Sesame Street characters are real anthropomorphic talking animals. So technically by the Muppets being in this universe then Luke Skywalker, 3PO, Chewbacca, and R2-D2 exist there to and Luke's cousin is Mark Hamill. Now that is some deep lore.

So I’m guessing your Trolling is hard on that one. Was he good sure but he has to be 3rd on that list with Tobey, Tom, and Andrew would be my list. This is considerably a bit of a reach, l know, but you didn't mention the NBA universe tie in with Marvel. Donovan Mitchell bears the moniker Spida-Man. In addition he has his own Spida-Man emblem, is an NBA Dunk Contest Champion, has a Marvel Spida-Man shoe line and other merch, he's extermely fast and agile as any other Spider-Man, one of the best ball handlers in the game, and despite not having spider powers he is a long range shooter. Come on Rob count him in. He shoots three pointers well, sort of like webs.
