Here’s The Drill - Army Boards

This episode of Here’s The Drill I talk about how to be successful at Army Boards, Promotion Boards, and Soldier/NCO of the month Boards. I go in depth about what actually happens during a board and how you should conduct yourself. Your execution of customs and courtesies on a board are crucial to your success on boards.
Just remember for all boards, in 5-7 mins they have to know you, like you, and want to promote you. Go out and show out!
