I completely agree with everything Fit said here but I also think this dude genuinely needs a good therapist and possibly some antidepressants. That won't change his negative mindset but maybe it will help him be a little more motivated to do basic things like maintain hygiene etc

Will have to rate 3.75/10. Negative Canthal Tilt & lack of facial leanness being the more significant flaws. Losing weight should improve his appearance. He also should work on thickening up the eyebrows and keeping the beard more groomed.
