But now I’m at the point in my life where most of that is in the past, and I’m given this opportunity by God to build myself up despite all that plagues my mental on a daily basis. I just find it extremely hard like you say to be disciplined in this beginning stage of manhood. But I know the later I start the climb the later i will reach the peak. Let’s both agree to lock in one step at a time. Btw I’ve never been overweight but I’ve been considerable underweight for most of my life (i was 20 years old at 5’9 and weighed 118 pounds, rn i can only maintain like 10 pounds more than that. My appetite has been low since a kid for multiple reasons. Ik I’m oversharing but I want you to see that I’m another human you’ll never interact with who’s struggling too. We can fucking do this. We are men! We have to best our former selves tomorrow we can’t allow ourselves to stay complacent and safe. We have to push the boundaries. i’m speaking to you and for myself. We got this.
