exactly I'm literally stuck in a one-bedroom apartment now the same one I rented 4 years ago for 825 (now 927 after uping each year) now goes for 1450+ smh and I live in one of the more ghetto considered agreas...or near there (I actually love the place I'm in everyone's very nice and they're not slumlords but little things could be fixed up for sure but I feel pretty lucky but I just can't ever move out nor unless I got a $10 raise at work!! hahah!! )
