I sold a bunch of records today at the Olympia show, I also bought a lot. Nice show, seller's tables sold out and the buyer turn out was really good.

4:00 'Pop Goes the 60s' - a fab channel. Matt seems happy staying in his lane, with the occasional guest, & doing his thing in his own personable way. Big on The Beatles, too. Well Harry, I went & did it. I ordered a turntable. Mid-range, nothing fancy, but the 1st since I gave away my LinnSondek, having not played a record in over 20 years. I'm not even planning on buying any more vinyl, ever. All it means is that the possibly painful process of checking the condition of the remains of my vinyl from way back in the 1970s will soon begin. Have they survived the damp & the dumped-on-the-floor-slumped-against-the-walls-like-drunks record filing system? What a cliffhanger!

Hi Harry, That Tremeloes record was one of my first buys with my own money when I was a kid. Still in good shape. You knocked it out of the park with those prices, well done! Love record shows! Have a good week, thanks.

thanks Ralph, I'd much rather dig through used records than order records from Amazon or whoever. The nice thing about record shows is you never know what you'll find.

Nice finds! Fun to take chances on things, you never know right? There's an annual record show this upcoming weekend near me, I haven't gone in a long time so I got the urge. Cheers Harry!

Nice haul, Harry...I just hope you sold more records than you bought.😇 By the by, George Borden used to collect K-Tel comps, so you might check with him first if you decide to put that one in your "sell" pile.

BIG Shel Silverstein fan here, Harry! Nice you found an OG too--it was reissued in 1969 after A Boy Named Sue hit, but retitled with a different cover as "Inside Shel Silverstein". He put out a bunch of LPs on various labels that I'm on the hunt for: Elektra ("Hairy Jazz", his first from 1958), Cadet (few LPs in 60s), RCA Victor ("A Boy A Named Sue And Other Stories" 1969), also LPs on Parachute and Flying Fish in the 70s. Found "Where The Sidewalk Ends" on CD at a show for a toonie ($2CDN). Whatta haul otherwise!

That One Year is so good, especially if you like Nick Drake music. Sweet pick ups.

Nice video and finds Harry. Crome Circus were from Seattle.. then moved to San Fran when this album was out. They are in many 1967 seattle area concert posters/flyers I have.. often spelled Chrome Circus. They have a handful of singles. If you don't like The Road LP I'll take it off your hands. I'll take that J. Giles WLP from you too. See u soon.
