The second item, the stove, is made so cheaply it's dangerous. Not a surprise. Firstly it needs a valve that controls the flow of alcohol so that it can be extinguished. Those little alcohol stoves can be very difficult to simply blow out. Alcohol is a very volatile fuel that burns very easily. It will boil itself with no problem. Also, that burner is wobbly because it has a round bottom, which is the opposite of safe. You need this little flamethrower to at least be stable and easily controlled. If it gets knocked over it will spill burning alcohol. It should not be sold, and they are obviously desperate for you to get them some customers.

A good version of that stove should have multiple holes and a wick should be run through the copper tube. That way it slows the flow of alcohol and keeps it from going into runaway.

There are plenty example of home made versions of this type of stove, the ONLY issue with this one is, as you said, the rounded bottom; as for blowing it out, it’s very easy just to blow it out, this type does not need a valve at all.

In hospitals they do histology; they look weather the cut piece has healthy borders, if not that means that they cut threw unhealthy tissues and will need to cut more, they keep doing that till all borders of the cut have no pathologies. You can't substitute that with a plastic tube and a rubber band. There is a reason why abnormal moles have to be treated surgically by a dermatologist.

Won't the excavator work using air allone so the process instead of hydraulic is pneumatic like some of the lego technic kits? Is it because the syringes are not that tight that to much air gots lost or the opposite that they are to tight so that without liquid you have to use much more force and for that it wouldn't work that smooth anymore?
