It's interesting how rewatching tv shows and movies as an adult with experiences is so much different than the way we watched and romanticized when we were young. I used to think Pam and Jim were the ultimate sweet romance story, but also relatable because it takes place in a boring real life office setting. But watching as an adult, I realize Jim is absolute garbage lol. He kissed a woman at a work function that was actively engaged to another man, bought his parents house without telling her, was super weird about her going to eat school, had an emotional affair with a co-worker... The list goes on. It's nice to hear you just chitty chat about your life (even if you feel a bit grumpy) and casual hangout topics like tv shows you're watching. I think a lot of us are in the same boat at the moment so we can all be in the same boat together.

We had a water main break but since we own the house we were the ones who had to get it fixed. And we had to take out a loan to do it, too. I found out by stepping into a small area of artificial quicksand we accidently made. I didn't fall in but it was startling. Sorry you're having to deal with anything water related Tom.

That water main issue is so nuts! The local water bureau has monitoring systems and a reporting hotline - still wouldn’t want to have to deal with it at 4AM though. I hope you were able to get some rest.
