I love the videos you guys make. It took a few months but I went from searching for “ex” videos to looking more forward to seeing the MENTAL HEALTH videos. My ex hasn’t reached out to me after 4 and a half months. If she comes to me..cool. If she doesn’t..cool! I’m just happy to be back to myself but as on a higher level than I was. USE NO CONTACT TO BECOME A BETTER YOU!!

Ha yes absolutely. I started out obsessing with no contact videos etc.. to wanting to watch attachment, communication and confidence videos. I can listen to the ex back topics, but I’m not really interested in them anymore. I listen with the view of knowledge and helping others

@@ponokunishima1 Similar. It's 3 months since my ex left, after our 4-year relationship. I am doing better than 3 months ago, but still have days when I feel really depressed and really wanting to be back with my ex. But little by little I am more able to get into my power and slowly move forward. I take things day by day, and try not to ignore negative feelings when they come up.

@@HealthyMindProject I’ve just recently started journaling, so that’s helping, slowly getting back to walking the dog, but not working out as much as I would like to. However, two weeks after the breakup, I started working out, but afterwards, I started going into depression and stopped. My eating and sleeping were still off, my grooming and manscaping were not on point anymore. With that being said, I’m slowly picking myself up, even though it’s now been 73 days, but nothing to me is interesting anymore, not even girls and sex. I’m always having dreams about my ex and I making love, which I never had when we were together. I tend to dwell on the past and what happened. I think that’s my nature of a Virgo ♍️

Seeing this was perfect timing , exactly the way I am feeling . I just saw him drive by, the pain I felt in my heart was unbelievable. Then the tears. He lives right up the road. I’m over 50, not a fear of being alone, I just don’t want to be. Starting over now is hard. We were together 5 yrs. He lied and cheated, it’s been 10 months and I still miss him. Some days, more then others. I know I was defiantly to blame for him finding someone else, and I have owned up to that, but it still really hurts. Thank you guys for this video , I saved it .

Awesome information!! Love your videos!!! My ex gf blindsided men on Dec 5/2021. I'm finally at the point that the pain is gone, and I accept the breakup. It was a long painful road, but I'm at the point of, if i don't hear from her anymore it's okay. I accept it. I know that I treated her very well and I walk away knowing I was good overall, not perfect, but gave my best. I know there's some areas where I could have been better, but that's know guarantee that even if I was perfect, that she still may have walked away. I'm still in total radio silence no contact, and she will never hear from me again, even so deep down inside I know still I love her. So I tell myself; NEXT!

My ex reached out and we texted a little. I asked her to meet and she said yes (but it wont be for a few weeks because of long distance and i think she knows that). I didn’t reply to her last text which i probably should have. Two days after we last spoke she posted a instagram story with a sad song about getting back together. I am really sure that the post was about me because the picture was of the sunset that she took when we hung out together. It has been over a week since she said yes and we last spoke. I won’t be able to meet her for about 3-4 weeks. What do I do?

I stopped answering his calls after he disappeared for the whole weekend then appeared Monday he called 2 times texted once l dint reply ,a week later he was mad saying l ignored him ( this the 3rd time hes doing this, we talked he promised to change) called my sibling telling her to tell me its over ,said its toxic coz am ignoring him, 3 weeks since breakup 4 weeks no contact, l thought he would try harder and apologised but he just left. Although l wanted to leave it still hurts that he dint care.
