I have played MMORPG since Dark Ages of Camelot, done hardcore raiding and Palia is a breath of fresh air. I hope this game will thrive and become a whole new genre for people to enjoy.

I have imagined that Palia will be just what I want and now that I have actually played it, I can say that it truly is! Perfect game for me: mmo that has nothing stressful in it! Just everything that is fun (in my opinion of course).

It’s not a game I’m addicted to and won’t be something I play daily or have hundreds and hundreds of hours of playtime but that’s one of the reasons it’s great! I can revisit it at anytime without feeling like I need to claw back and catch up with the state of the game. It’s the kind of game where I can have Netflix up on a 2nd monitor without worrying about dying or missing major plot points in the story. There are players out there who are already trying to min-max farming routes and grind top tier tools in closed beta and I can already tell this might not be the right game for them. I do miss combat, and I kinda hope they add a hostile zone in a future patch but nothing over the top. It should be avoidable but still there for those who’d like it.

Great video Fleur's, really enjoyed it. Being an older gamer having started back in the Atari days and playing on EverQuest in 99 and WOW for many years this looks like a breath of fresh air and very relaxing. Will definitely give this a shot sooner rather than later, keep up the great vids 👍👍

I love the gifting system in here, in Coral Island if you gave someone something they didn’t like then you were screwed because they wouldn’t accept anything else. As for Palia, they wont accept anything until you give them something they like

I've been playing and it's lots of fun. I have been telling all my friends about it since the first time i was able to get in a stress test. It's different than what I normally play and I think that is why I like it. It's a nice way to destress.

Loving Palia, even my introverted, ADHD self enjoys the passiveness of this game. Although, keeping up with all the NPCs gifting is driving me slowly mad lol. Also, wish the nights were darker. Love dark nights in games. Thanks for the vids!

When you play Solo and you want to play multiplayer, do you keep the same progress and stuff that is in your own house and own plot when you go online?

Sorry, I probably didn’t make that clear. You’re only alone when you’re at your house plot unless your friends visitors. There will always be others on the map, you can’t switch that off. I meant it more in a way of, if you wanted to go off and play with others or focus on doing things alone.

I didnt know how much i liked this game until the servers were down for maintenance all day. Ive been checking every couple hours and not sure what else to do in the mean time. I just need to earn more gold to buy more recipes, hunting perhaps is the best way.

liking the game alot , but having the tools being able to downgrade after durability is gone is a pain, sure you can see the durability but once your are in the zone doing something like hunting its then easy to forgot that durability. Other then that its a damm good game if you wanna chill having fun and its free

Yeah, it should at least be more obvious when durability is low. Rather they just remove the downgrading though.

If you're interested in this game make sure you do research. It's not truly the normal definition of an MMO. There are so many game breaking bugs that will literally stop you from being able to progress in the story I don't know I want to like this game I used to like this game I don't like it anymore. I just want people to do research before they start to play it
