When I worked as an insurance adjuster I had a claim where a husband and wife are in a car arguing. The husband deliberately drove the car into a tree but only on the wife's side. She suffered a broken arm. The judge let him bond out. The next day I was driving to an accident scene. I heard on the radio that the guy had gone home, shot and killed his wife, her parents who were visiting, their two kids and then himself. THIS is why people like this should be in jail NOT on the streets.

Judges are not out in the field. They are mostly self-serving narcissistic prissies who get dopamine out of knowing they are the one in charge of someone's future. When I was in high school in the mid 70's we had one class about the different drugs and what they can do to the brain. I have never once in my 72 years wanted to try illegal drugs or get drunk. I don't think I've ever had more than one alcoholic drink in a 24 hour period. Perhaps we should show something like this to mid teens along with a cautionary class?

How sad is it that while a cop is physically engaging with a suspect who is resisting to the point of trying to take their gun, that they have to worry about where they put their knees on the suspects body... If a suspect is trying to take their gun, there should be zero restrictions. At that point, their lives are in danger as well as other people at the zoo. They should be able to use WHATEVER means necessary to subdue that suspect.

@@guywithmanyname5247 my dad was military veteran from Vietnam war and he had a drinking and domestic violence problem caused by PTSD..he been married 8 times and I lost count of step brothers and sisters I got but my 12 year old stepsister snapped one day and put him in ITU and he got help he needed he straight now and normal grandpa to all his grandchildren and he wouldn't press charges against my stepsister he cut deal with da and myself he paid for my children university fees and I look after my younger stepsister she 13 and 6'4 and Irish American native American Cajun mix and she doing well in school and dad and her have made peace with each other and he thanked her strangely for what she did it drove him to get help he needed...if you have problems with your health you should get help because if you don't those problems only get much worse I had PTSD and a friend who was sadly killed by someone at gun range helped me and countless other veterans both military personnel and law enforcement personnel get help the hard part is admitting that you need help.. good luck to anyone who has problems with mental health issues or family members with mental health issues..I hope this person gets help he needs to get off drugs before they sadly kill him
