Clearly Rico needs his own reality show. At 3:10 he doesn't have his cuffs so he gives up on detaining the guy on the ground and is called a "Dip shit." Then at 5:57 he finds a gun, but has no self-control and automatically picks it up and immediately knows he made a mistake. The best is at 6:47 a supervisor shows up and Rico shows him the gun, but also has to tell him he picked it up and apologized. At 6:51the look the supervisor gives him while asking "Why ? Why?" Is priceless as Rico mumbles, "I'm sorry, sorry." Get Rico a show now!

Once the juvenile learns he can commit crimes without consequence, he tells his buddies. Suddenly, you have a whole mob of juveniles casually committing crimes certain they won't be held responsible. Media will protect them, courts will coddle them and the authorities will hurry to release them. No society which has decided to never control teens shouldn't complain when out-of-control teens cause them trouble.

But if they take ages to say hello and you have to get there attention to meet them and say hello, that's an ass hole, who ever doesn't have empathy on your first day when you know nobody, and doesn't help you in any way, there the phucking asshole and I don't talk to them, at all, even after being there 5 years, and if they try to friend me then I will straight up tell them that there phucking rude and you didn't make me feel lika part of the team when I started and needed help but now you want to know me cos I work good, phuck them, toxic work people can get phucked, and I will always remember that c:'nt and remind him of the ass hole he was and is to new workers.
