That's what I was thinking....that he got his daughter to drive to save his own ass.... @@cirrojiwell genius in WI they have a law called PTAC (Party To A Crime) where if you knowingly are with someone in the commission of a crime YOU, even though you did nothing, will receive the PTAC charge which carries up to the same weight in jail as the person committing the offense so yes technically he 100% could be arrested for knowingly have her drive while intoxicated. It's illegal to drive with a blood alcohol level above 0.08. It's also illegal to drive with ANY blood alcohol level if you can't operate the vehicle safely. It's also illegal to operate a vehicle at ANY blood alcohol level if you're under 21. If the officer is SURE the driver is over 0.08 I think they can just arrest them directly. However, it's safer for the officer to offer the test; if the driver refuses then the officer can arrest them based on their judgements, if they take the test and fail the officer can arrest them based on that. Makes the case easier in court.

I cracked up at that comeback. I watch so many of these and I love when officers say stuff like that ,they take so much abuse from these entitled brats .

They’re genuinely good people. The cops I mean. I once had a party after bar where everyone was holding a blunt and we got a noise complaint. The cops came in and they let me take the wrap for all of my friends and later on when they all showed up at the police station to pick me up the cops were like yeah that’s the least you can do for her and I’ll go take that girl to breakfast. Lol

Why bother with the drunk tests when it's obvious she's drunk and they can just use a breathalyzer? Unless they wanted her to make a fool of herself for the video lol

@@userdetails1 Because any one single symptom of drunkenness might be physiological or argued away with a good lawyer. Depending on the state, your breathylizer score isn't admissible into court. So, do them all, guaranteed assurance that a) you're making the right call b) you're covered if they try and fight it in court.

@@userdetails1 As was stated by Rev they're not always admissible in court, the reason is because those little portable ones aren't very accurate at all. That's why they do another one when you get to the station, the big ones they have there are much more accurate. So it was be too easy to argue away an inaccurate test, just the fact that the test is known to be inaccurate is already reasonable doubt, but taken with all of the other evidence that doubt goes away.

This girl is one of the worst I've seen. Foul language, screeching like a banshee, cursing and threatening the police officers, attempting to bite them. 13 months in jail? Finally the punishment fits the crime.
