I am a retired police officer and have arrested many persons for DUI 23152 CVC and the end result has always been the same. Guys like this are pretty much the same. In this case the arresting officer was great. The drunk drive was also great in getting himself found guilty if he is dumb enough in testifying and allowing this video to be shown. I consider myself lucky that I never had one like this guy. I am now 86 years old and consider myself lucky I don't have to go through this BS any longer. Thank you, police officers, for putting up with this fool as you did.

Those tests are not scientific and the results are based solely on the officer's opinion. They're literally designed for you to fail. What the test is, is nothing more than evidence for the officer to claim you were impaired. *Tayvin Galanakis* can tell you all about that. Perfectly sober, failed the tests and arrested for DUI. When he blew 0.000 the cop all the sudden no longer smelled alcohol it was weed. Or, if you prefer *Aaron Cash.* Aaron blew 0.000 ten times on 3 diffreent breathalyzers and was still charged with DUI/alcohol.

In 2008 I was in the middle of my addiction when I ran a state trooper off the road .... I was thankfully caught and arrested. I was unfortunately given a second chance when I was sentenced to one year interm probation .... I couldn't stay clean and it got moved to misdemeanor probation and long story short I ended up in jail which crumbled everything I had.... a few years after I got out I took a bus ride to Colorado to finally get sober and now I'm going on 7 years and I help people who are on there last chance in the legal system stay sober and get there life back!!! I was able to personally help thank the Judge but also the officer that arrested me which planted the necessary seed in my head that even tho it took 8 years it blossomed into a beautiful recovery!!! Not all who wander are lost forever!!!!
