Head injuries are the worst. Been there it takes a long time to get better and in my situation my vision has permanent effects! It is tough. Hang in there and do what they tell you and it will get better.

I’m a Neuro OT. Glad there is not a hemorrhage! Hopefully you can get cognitive therapy but also an OT or PT consult to do a vestibular assessment if you haven’t yet! Bless you all and hope for a speedy recovery!

I’m sorry about the issues you aren’t alone.first I had a pit bull take the life of my mini golden/doodle was found unconscious shortly there after. Then was found Wednesday in our driveway hypothermic. Greg I suffered a stroke at 47.seven months to the day from from my wedding. That like your head injury are both brain injuries. One thing I would recommend would be memory challenges. Like tell you wife or kids something. I was told had I done that after my stroke brain is what I call it. It is a shame they don’t tell you things when it’s most important. You are all in my prayers

For some reason this reminds me of not enough Nelson’s situation in some ways. Kass had this neck tumor that she didn’t know of until this car crash. Because of his bike accident he was able to find out that he had brain trauma from the past and that must have been good to find out
