As someone who lives in the Netherlands, I can say that most games are now playable to us, since so many of them have just turned lootboxes off for our country. There's just a few games that still do have it on, and we can't play them. It doesn't matter to them whether the lootbox gives skins or not, the country bans them to prevent children from gambling.

You don’t know what you’ll get and the odds are often not mentioned. They want to prevent children to steal their parents cards and ‘accidentally’ spend thousands on something like that. So essentially your lootbox is considered gambling as soon as you can obtain the material to do so with real money in some way. I’m surprised fortnite and gacha games arent banned yet lol. (Also i know someone who got a nerf gun JUST so she can use it in roblox so kids definitely are vulnerable enough to do stuff like that)

I am from, and am living in Guatemala and I've been playing for the duration of 2015-present and I can say that I did have issues with playing the game at that time, however, I purchased a stronger internet connection and then it worked fine for me and has since, I have NO idea how people think its still banned, I know multiple people who play it on a regular basis. There has to be a better ways and practices of making money without using loot boxes, I know most of the time games that use loot boxes on roblox only use them for cosmetics, but honestly loot boxes imo are one of the worst things that became a norm in video games.
