It's crazy that he's being called in for a "voluntary" interview under the threat of possible arrest, and he's thinking about what he could have _said._ Imagine that. We live in a country where you're being told that you may be arrested, and you're thinking "what could I have said to trigger this?" A comedian Alex Belfield got 7 years or about for stalking by email, some BBC presenter and he only sent around 5 emails in three years, but these emails were copied by the recipient and sent to his colleagues who also posted them on to others, so the police counted all the copies others had sent on, and charged Belfield for sending them and called it stalking. I have told story elsewhere, but as the victim of a false allegation and eventually cleared, the police broke PACE and did numerous things way beyond what was reasonable. They have done me *far* more harm than any criminal ever has.

What a load of rubbish, you didnt arrest anybody did you. Its a VA (voluntary attendance) Not voluntary interview. Any nornal person would have contacted a solicitors firm who would have contacted the OIC (Officer in the case) who would have discussed the details of the case. Prior to being interviewed the OIC would have given the solicitor full disclosure who would have then instructed you to go 'no comment' if the evidence provided was that weak. Arresting the interviewing officer at the end of the interview is laughable.
