When we bought our Richmond American home new build, I noticed the overly loud air intake vent. After an inspection it was caused by the builder who never made the vent on the roof and it was closed off. That is a code violation but i just told them to fix it. Imagine how many homes that are new build who are breathing indoor air but recirculated bc of incompetence. Its hard to detect from an inspection.

Looks like the second model did have a walk in pantry . First model was cute but not enough kitchen cabinets...too bad this builder can't make these models available to the general public home seekers in vegas under 55, after watching your mayoral debate on tv last Thursday night, home affordability seems to be a major problem in vegas for locals. Seems like the builders are just catering and relying for sellers in calif to buy their overpriced products...
