I've watched a number of your great videos and I really appreciate the effort you put in. I wanted to tip you, but you don't have that give button available

I agree with using best of both worlds. I myself am using a SSL Six though a UA Apollo Twin MkII Quad Core on main bus and an Apogee Duet 3 on bus B. This kind of hybrid setups are the future in my opinion. Great demo as well!

Hi, did you record the guitar in the beginning of this video with the Heritage? Sounds great.

Nice! I have their HA81a that I run my Telefunken into and it's awesome.

I also have an SSL 12 and I was really wishing you were going to do an A/B comparison with the SSL, maybe recording a vocal through each? I updated from a Clarett to the SSL 12 and I've been really pleased with it as it sits next to my UF1 and UC1. However, I constantly wish it had some DSP plugins included as I record one or two vocals and quite a lot of guitar and I would love to make the recording process a bit more enjoyable and polished. It seems like the i73 Pro Edge would cover all bases and I love the fact you can record treated and untreated audio at the same time, that's a real plus. 😎

Many thanks, I was actually thinking of doing a dedicated SSL12 vs i73 video whilst I still have it. Clearly I should get on and do it 😄

Hi Harv, thanks for the review. How is the RTL on the unit when you play your Neural amp sims? on which Mac and MacOS? Since macOS Sonoma I have weird glitches. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I found it to be much the same as through my SSL12 (very low, no noticeable lag)

@@HarvVideoAudioStuff Sweet! Did you splurge on a builder's edition?

Nice unit. It would have been great to get at least one more input. Two mics plus guitar would be more versatile.

Can you measure it for us please Harv? It dosen't give the dimensions anywhere, not even in the user guide. 🤔

Are the dsp plugs available to record with plugin monitoring but not fx printed in recordings ?

Yes indeed! 👍🏻

Awesome demo there Harv! Honestly, the plugin version of the britstrip is a complete letdown! Relatively too edgy, shrill and crispy (for similar settings). well, If the idea is to pick this for the britstrip plugin it comes with (like I was contemplating) ….then please dont! If you are a "buy once, cry once" kinda person like me, then get the britstrip hardware!I'd rather be happy wiping my tears with the hardware than with a disappointing plugin!

So Neve makes a groundbreaking Audio Interface with transformer based preamps… and Heritage copies them so quickly? Cool… very creative. Very secretive too. A++!
@HarvVideoAudioStuff21 күн бұрын
They improve the concept and don’t skimp on essential features whilst reducing the price and we all benefit, I fail to see why this is this a bad thing 🤷🏻♂️
@Clarity-80813 күн бұрын
Honestly it’s fine. My comment comes off as a bit grumpy 😆 but really… “audio interface with transformer preamps” is pretty specific so it’s not the best look.
