That first big Herk that came out of that first pocket shown reminded me of a tooth almost. The tooth right behind the K-9s but in front of the molars. Golems Tooth is what I would call it.

This is only possible on private land in the Adirondacks. Try this on public land and it could end in fines or worse. There are some loose ones on the river banks after the spring thaw. I haven't found anything as big as that really big one though.

We are located in Ohio and found the hiddenite mine but there don’t seem to be any gemstones worth digging. Just salted buckets. Is there a public place you would recommend? Looking at herkimer diamonds but open to any true gemstones. Thanks!

That was such a shame to miss the live Bryan, you found some beauties as did others but that was a monster that was the last big one found. I have a small cloudy one that was a gift from our youngest son and I can hold it easily, that one I wouldn't even want on my lap lol. Matrix was very protective there, he is so lovely and I love watching him. Now I have to go as I missed the live as my phone needed charging which always happens at the wrong time. Yes it’s exactly what we were using them for, the mosquitoes are terrible, and the incense sticks actually work pretty good, I’d say it cut them down 80 to 90%
