Really interesting to see the corners of the H to fade that much. My click H is palladium plated so hopefully there won't be fading. Overall a good a yearly wear and tear review!! ❤

The fading issue really took me by surprise, but overall it’s something I have come to terms and can live with :) Fingers crossed you won’t experience any fading on your palladium Clic H. Thank you for watching 🥰

At least with Hermes the costume jewellery is actually plated in precious metals. Other brands just state 'gold coloured'

Good point :) Although I am not overly impressed with the plating work. The fading on the H clasp is quite noticeable

have you noticed any discoloring of the white enamel? this is the only thing that would really put me off.

I haven’t noticed any discoloration there :) The enamel looks as good as new.

If you were deciding between the Cartier Trinity or the Hermes Clic H, which would you choose and why? Trying to decide which one to buy for my daughter.

I’d say the Cartier trinity. For me, personally, the Clic H and the Cartier serve different purposes. I never wear the Cartier on its own, but stacked with my watch. Whereas the Clic H is a stand-alone bracelet for my non-watch wrist. That wrist, however, is reserved for my VCA bracelet. So long story short: Based on how much/little I wear the Cartier vs. the Hermès, I’d have to say that I would go for the Cartier. That might be a personal thing though. Another personal thing: The Clic H loves getting caught in my hair and I’ve involuntary ripped out my hair more often than I can count. Maybe something to consider if your daughter has long hair and a habit of going through her hair with her hands. On a more general scale: The Cartier is more comfortable to wear, whereas the Clic H can get annoying, especially if your daughter is working an office job or at school where she has to write a lot. And with the ability to change the cord, the Cartier is super versatile. Every time I get a new cord, it almost feels like a new bracelet :) Hope that helps. I do love my Clic H and the wear and tear isn’t as bad as most people on KZbin make it out to be. But if you made me choose, I would go for the Cartier.
