Thank you Susan. Hermes refills have the same price of Prada, but I would go for the latter, despite the fact that I’m decluttering mine since I don’t like the metallic finish. I have purchased a few Cle de Peau refills. They’re on their way to me. Let’s see… ☺️🥰

Thank you for your honest opinion. I know some people really love these new Hermes eyeshadows and I think they are truly enjoying them. But I’m so glad I decided to wait for at least swatches before buying and just from the swatches I could tell that they were nothing new or extraordinary so I decided to pass on these. Lexi Jong reviewed these as well and her opinion was that the formula is powdery and nothing ne, just like you said. I still wanna try one of the Prada quads, those look pigmented and different!

Let’s see in a few months how many will still love these eyeshadows… 😉 Prada has similar price range and double the quantity. But I have said in many of my previous videos why is not my favorite either. For sure it’s more unique 😘

Thank you BoB for saving me money. I love this colour story and I was also curious about the blurring effect but I can find all these shades in my current collection. To achieve the blur you can use a little loose face powder with your shadows.

Maybe this colors go better on very white skin? With darker skin it doesn’t look good because it doesn’t appear. I really like this eyeshadow very much because I don’t like very strong makeup. It looks very classy especially for day looks. For those who like very strong makeup better go for MAC cosmetics. You will get a lot of product, strong pigmentation and cheap price.

That was really interesting with the depotting and comparisons to other pans. No one has taken these shadows under the lupe as you have, and it seems they have not taken the energy to be critical in a realistic way. I mean $108 US, c’mon…. that’s some serious cash for that little palette. I would have been tempted if I were convinced the quality were good, because I am still searching for a replacement for the Tissé Éssentiel (which might be interesting for you, but it does not have any fancy shimmers), but no, not this one.

Thank you! I don’t like the Chanel Tissé formula either. I’ve decluttered the few one I had in that formula. I only buy Chanel baked gelées. Also the Byzance collection had a special emollient and shiny formula that is unique. 😘

Hmm…..thank you Claudia for this video. I don’t get the whole Hermes brand thing, period. None of their products are worth the price tag and the hoops people jump to acquire them is insanity. At lease Chanel beauty is good quality (better than their leather goods these days it would seem) and while expensive they are not stupid expensive yet. On another note, it was great to see you (albeit your eyes) in this video. You have great shaped eyes to be doing makeup videos with.

Hermes is trolling! They must be! You took one for the team Claudia, sorry that it turned out to be disappointing even in terms of formula. Luckily for me, I hated the aesthetic of the packaging so much that I was not even remotely attracted to these but seeing your video, I think it is outrageous the profit they must be making on these mediocre eyeshadows.

I hope I manage to return the second one I purchased. I didn’t even opened it after trying this one. With the money I (hope to) get back from my return, I’ll buy the ND I need a nude palette.

I agree with you entirely. These are nice but nothing special, & certainly not worth the price point. I bought 2 & will keep & use them but won't be purchasing any more.

@@bobmindset The one you demonstrated, Ombres Fumees, & #4 Ombres Marines. I don't like the darkest shade in Fumees. It's a very dark grungy olive green & doesn't suit me. The Marines colour story is nice but I prefer the Dior quint in Eden Roc.
