If you didn’t know I tend to geek out about brand history and vintage pieces, well…you know now. Welcome to my first luxury unboxing of 2024. incidentally, same as last year, it‘s Hermès. Join me as I unbox my first 90x90 Hermès silk carré, a vintage piece designed by Philippe Ledoux in 1967. I am also doing a semi deep-dive into other artists that have designed carrés for Hermès, including Hugo Grygkar, Ugo Gattoni and Dimitri Rybaltchenko. Hope you enjoy! Yes, I would love to see your magazine collection and the history of the scarves is fascinating! Your videos have such a great variety lately. I loved the London vlogs especially the Christmas decorations. Fascinating hearing about someone's collections. It helps to show a person's passion about something they love.❤❤

Really interesting video - the silk scarves are so beautiful, I'd be scared to wear them in case they got makeup etc. on them so I'd frame or hang them too. Yes please do more on your collection - those magazines looked fascinating - a real history of fashion and great reference for styling. Would like to see how you style the silk scarves you do wear as well 🙋‍♀

I will make sure to start incorporating my collection into my videos :) So happy it’s not just me who is interested in Hermès history like that. Ugo Gattoni’s scarves, I’d frame or hang up for sure. I’m confident this vintage one is going to be a scarf I’d actually wear. Still new to scarf tying techniques but I am excited to start playing around with it :)
