Hello Prof. Manyora. You have said it very well. Let us have a database system that has details of all employable Kenyans. Let the system choose the applicants based on our Constitution's principles like the One third gender rule and diversity. I am sure our courts will have no problem with this system. Remember the KRA recruits case? If this system was followed the courts would not have declared it unconstitutional. If this system is followed a Kenyan from "Mrima" would be working in Homa Bay as the county secretary and the one from Homa Bay would be working on a similar post in Nyeri or Kiambu. As of now all the county positions have been tribalized. The Government does not have to spend money and hire Adani for this because our state corporation (Kuccps) does it very well for our universities. Hire Kuccps to do the job. After all, whatever money Kuccps makes goes back to the treasury.

Prof has just contradicted himself without notice from Jadiel. He has begun by saying Kenyans are not divided as suggested by P.Ruto's. He insists that the division that exists is to be found in the political elite. But the next answer to Jadiel's question on whether the Gachagua impeachment will divide Kenyans. He says yes, the impeachment will divide the people of Kenya, who he just said are united.
