Can't be 98 years old if it was built in 1926, unless it is now 2024.

Wooden instruments gives better resonance within it ages. You shouldnt give a scıre to an individual instrument before 20 years at least.

a classical guitar with cedar top is usually always louder than the same instrument with spruce top.

I disagree. I have two guitars. One with cedar and second with spruce. Spruce is louder. It also depens on wood seasoning and stiffnes and lightness of the guitar (and braces).

When they are young. After 5 years, spruce becomes much better.

I disagree, it depends by too many factors
