I couldn’t take my eyes off this video for one second. I have never seen such respect for curls. In a regular salon your gorgeous curls would be looked at as a problem to be straightened but here they were appreciated. She took so much time to understand what you wanted and actually showed you as she went in case you wanted her to fix anything instead of how most turn you around to your horror too late. She finger detangled your hair!!!!! I haven’t been to a salon in over five years but I would try this one in NYC. Thanks for posting this. It felt good in my spirit to see curls treated with respect and loving care❤️

Volume is not the thickness of strands only. It's the way the hair lays. Her hair was top heavy in areas causing flatness.

I love ❤️ it! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and when I saw her first get started it looked liked she didn’t know the hack what she was doing with that natural wavy hair! I love how she took the time to explain to you what she was doing and what she was going to do! She listened to you and gave you exactly what you wanted! That sister girl knew what she was doing and gave you a bomb cut! Stick with her because it’s so easy to get messed up! And when they mess you up, they don’t have any remorse about it!!!

Fabulous cut-though your hair is already gorgeous so you can’t go too wrong 😉. I’ve been going to that salon for last two years and finally my schedule has synced up so that I have an appointment with Nevila later this week. She does such a great job of delivering what Devachan promises-a curl-by-curl cut-on any hair type. I’ve encouraged all my natural hair girlfriends to make at least one appointment with Deva to get accurate advice and a cut that works with their hair. Best salon ever!

Nice to see a stylist know what to do with curls. Ive had some experiences lol. And sometimes the look on their face, you can see the dread! I had a great stylist, and then one day she had left and they refused to tell me where she'd gone! Never found anyone since who did a good enough job to stick with.

I'm glad you like it ! I think your stylist is best. I think hair should aways be straight and dry before trimming or cutting so the proper length is achieved. Love the body but appears somewhat dry with that product line. I love your stylist. She reminds me of my stylist. Nevertheless , you rock Mrs! Love your educating awesome videos ☺️

It is the best Diva Cut i've seen and i've seen a few but the didn't come out as precise. Your hair came out really nice, but ... I think you doing your own wash n go, you know with you own products that you hair loves will make your hair look even better ... because seen you do better wash goes than what she did (Deva Curle, not my favor products). But the cut is really pretty!! I love the volume & roundness she created. You have beautiful hair anyways!!
