I would have love to have seen the craie leather sample with RGHW as well, I bet that would also look stunning. Definitely better to have avoided the two tone colour, it can look too fussy. Please can you let us know how you find the closure on the kelly in Epsom 25. Is it difficult or fiddly? Agree it is the most versatile bag, you chose really well. I love your color choice! Nothing boring about it. It’s elegant but also fun with the pop of color on the inside. I know that Epsom can be quite stiff on smaller bags like the k25, did you ever consider chèvre leather (only accessible when going the SO route) I have two k25 Verso in chèvre and I absolutely love them and the leather is luscious and not as stiff as Epsom 😍

Beautiful 😍 For anyone looking for a cheaper alternative for an insert I highly recommend Maitai collection. I use it in my Kelly 28 and B30 and they are super soft but still structured and don't cause indentation.
