Wow. What an awesome experience! Didn’t know there’s so many types of hardware for the bags. Glad you caught that on the Kelly bag, good to know,that was a very long process. You have a lot of patient. Btw, I love the pink lace outfit on you and the boots too! Please share. Thank you For another video Cindy!

Yes it was a pretty crazy experience and I am so glad it all worked out 🤗 the pink dress is from BCBG. It's an oldet dress so im not sure if it's still available. The boots are Gucci 😊

That’s awesome! When spending that much money, it’s good to hear that they’ll do anything/everything to not just fix the problem, but do what’s right by the customer. And I’m sure they gained an incredibly loyal customer in the process! Can’t wait to see what you got! I hope you picked something rare/special!

Since this is the second light colored bag that has gotten yellowed, do you think it is where you store your bags? Are they exposed to sunlight or extreme heat perhaps, in your home or car?

Hi Merry, I dont believe so as my other light color bags dont have any problems. My white Dior Bobby is perfect as the light gray chanel 19 🤗

Why did you accept a bag from paris if you didn't like the size or hardware? That could have been someone else's dream bag.

That was not the case, i loved the bag but it had some defects.
