Stress should make a deal with Doc. He's going to be selling dirt and will therefore have a dirt farm, which could be very handy for stress. Plus if she were partnered with him he could make farms and Auto crafters for all the mud stuff

Clearly, Vault Hunters needed to add Wardens before this. Iskall and Stress had no clue what was going on, while people who survived Decked Out’s Wardens know how to dodge them in their sleep.

The 4 times activation requirement is for when you have no anger counter. Your anger counter goes down over time as long as you don't trigger anything. But respawning and coming straight back is not enough time to lower the anger counter, so it spawns a new warden. The person with the most indepth knowledge on it is Tango

You don't need to gear up before the deep dark. The warden ignores armour in it's sonic blast, and his hit attack is so hard it kills you in two strikes even with good armour, and it's so fast if he hits you once you won't get away before the second hit. So, there's no need to risk going down there with good armour.

You can actually use the auto crafter to create all of the different mud styles other than the muddy Mangrove Roots unless you get regular Mangrove roots and are able to combine that with a mud block in order to create the muddy Mangrove Roots which you should be able to AutoCraft that as well

STRESS - You've heard of a "Super Smelter", right? Get Iskall to build you a "Super Auto Crafter". It's basically the same principal, and will allow you to quickly craft Packed Mud without doing it manually. Alternatively, a single simple Auto Crafter set-up will do the same job, albeit a lot slower.

There are ways to automate the packed mud construction. Ignoring dirt creation (which is possible but insane to automate), you can automate turning dirt into mud, farming wheat via villagers, and - with the new crafter block - combine the two. A lot of the diamond tier permits are less valuable once people get used to the crafter.

3-4 diamonds per stack of packed mud seems fair, given how labor-intensive it is to make and how popular of a block it is. You can also probably skip stocking the mud bricks since those are easy enough to convert packed mud in to.

Such a good idea to get your shop set up asap. Im not 100% but I dont think the villagers throw wheat to eachother, i think they autocraft it to bread, but youd know better than I. Good luck with gettin your farm set up however you do it!

The way wardens spawn: you get 3 warning shrieks at first, but after the 3rd shriek every shriek spawns a new warden, as long as there isn't a warden already in range. After a 10 minute cooldown the warning shrieks reset.

FYI - there is some redstone contraptions under the structure that has those unbreakable blocks that iskall wanted in the ancient city. Now that you guys cleared it out it would be much easier to investigate that.

Fun Fact: You could also put wool on all sides of the shriekers, wool blocks make no souds when you walk on them, break them, place them. They deafen the sounds and thats why you could mine the wool in the ancient cities and use that wool to place them around every schulk shrieker, it will cost you nothing.

Once you automate the process and made it a bit faster, you can drop the price by 1 diamonds There's plenty of mud thingy build to automate, and you can just use a villager to farm the wheat for you, and that's easy diamond maker

yeah, the shriekers only do the 4 count initially, but after you start spawning wardens, every shrieker is going to spawn another warden. it takes something like 10 minutes for them to reset.

Mud is actually one of the easiest block to get and a very useful block too. 2 gravel and 2 dirt becomes coarse dirt. Place it and use the tool called a hoe to turn the coarse dirt into dirt to double your dirt. And then throw splash water bottle potion on the dirt( I believe you can use a regular water bottle instead. ) and get this place mud on a drip stone block with a pointed drip stone underneath and they become clay and maybe you can work out a deal because the drips can be collected in a culdarn

Ok so mud could actually be somewhat automated. If you use a hoe on coarse dirt it turns into dirt, and gravel can be farmed via piglin trades. this coarse dirt can be converted into mud via a mud farm. the coarse dirt crafting automation shouldn't be too hard, just alternate a signal between 2 hoppers, one with dirt and one with gravel with a 2x2 grid available in a crafter and that should work. Hope this helps you maintain your stock :)

It may be better to sell only packed mud and not mud bricks because mud bricks are in a crafted form, and hermits can just buy the mud packed and easily craft it into bricks

With the Warden stuff right, once you spawn one it’ll go off almost all the time you set off a shrieker. I think you have to wait like 10 minutes or something before the timer resets and then you can go back down and set off multiple shriekers without it spawning a Warden.
