Mumbo I got a brilliant idea! Make a statue of yourself, and then every 10 seconds there will drop a book out of your mouth which is called "stupid". Then when te book is dropped, it is going into hopperds, and then again transported to the mouth, so you don't have to make billions of them. For your smelting problems, use the insane contraption etho built in hiss singleplayer world. When you put items in , it smelts a stack immediately, and then each furnace timing after that smelts two stacks. Olny to be used for large smelts of over three stacks.

Mumbo, you can throw sponges throw a 1 high lava thing into a hole and it smelts them. And by 1 high, I don't mean 1 block. 5 mean the lowest point that lava can get to when it is flowing.

Mumbo, getting rid of the grid is so much easier if its made out of sand! Also, if you're going to do sand displacement (as opposed to sponges) you really only need enough sand to make two walls the width of your space. Build the wall two blocks wide along one side and remove the sand between the side and the other sand. Then take this sand and place it on the other side of the remaining sand wall. As you do this the cleared area gets wider and wider and you "walk" your sand walls across the space until no water remains. Using the torch method saves durability on your tools.

Water sources only spread over solid blocks or water sources below them, so knocking out the bottom layer with slabs or buttons or 1 high walls with a sponge in the middle, or even slime blocks since they're insta break, might make the whole thing quicker - no need for walls all the way up if the water can't spread back because there's no bottom layer.

Mumbo, sponges take out a 5x5 area of water, so you could put two sponges per box. Find the middle block of the 5x5x5 box of water. Place a sponge on top of that, and another right at the bottom of the box in line with the centre of it. It works sometimes, not always

6:11 mumbo you just discovered a new technique for doing a timelapse! where you talk about some subject but you divide the segments of the sentence over multiple clips. example: "having some problems with the camper van" JUMP CUT FIVE MINUTES LATER "the tire is deflated on one side." JUMP CUT ONE MINUTE LATER "the cost to inflate it is insane!" JUMP CUT ONE MINUTE LATER *mumbles* "stupid overpriced car maintenance" you could also just keep talking during the time lapse and then jumpsuit between sentences to create an amusing chain of stupidity this type of time-lapse would require some time to really figure out and can be boring if done wrong but if you can make this work then you might be able to pull off having more timelapses per video.

Did you know that sponges absorb up to 65 blocks of water? If clearing a 5 high area, I'd recommend a grid where there are 4x3 pockets of water. If you've got a huge area to clear, try 4x4, or 4x4x4 cubes if you can. It's not going to clear in a cube, but in a taxicab pattern - similar to how redstone and light spread. This means that if you make really tall columns, the bottom part of the area you clear will fill in with water again.

Look under the ocean of your base for a spawner, (or a multi spawner area) with the dungeon spawning cranked up on the server, there probably a few, and while you are looking, you will be lighting up caves and gathering resources to help you out, lighting caves will not only help with your spawn rates, and lag, but help the server by having less mob cap being taken up and fewer loaded entities when you AFK. You will mainly be interested in spiders and skeletons, and while dungeon spawners don't yield gunpowder for fireworks, I don't think thats a major pitfall, you can make a separate creeper only farm, and while you might not get witch drops, you can always trade, be it with villagers, or other players, for redstone. what you will need to do with your spawner is split the non-stackable items into a different set of chests, save them in case of good items, combine the bows to unenchant and bring to full health for dispensers, and so on, you should also change out the fish farm storage, to one where every chest empties into the next, the one you are using is great for single items, but with multiple items, things get clogged and you see partial stacks of the same items in every chest, meaning wasted space.

Mumbo jump in the nether and place down the wet sponges to instantly dry them. Also use leaves for dividers because they can be taken down really fast.

Mumbo just put lava in the floor and then put a sign under and then throw the wet sponges into it and it will turn them into normal sponges

hey mumbo, there is a quicker way of drying sponges, dig a 3 -block hole, put a sign on the side of the 2nd block, and put lava on the first block, and then just throw all your sponges in the lava, and pop down to the bottom and collect the sponges, and they are all dry!

When smelting a large number of items, use coal blocks for increased efficiency. Coal blocks = 10 coal chunks in burn time
