The other observer will push the block out of the way, it basically marks which shopping slots have been used and which haven't. #UnintentionalFeature

@@mcu6023 but since the block being pushed out of the way is also the ceiling of the floor below, it's going to create a line of lowered blocks that will be visible from underneath. The whole concrete layer needs to be lowered by one so that the observer can lower and raise cleanly.

Ideally for the shop floors, I think you should use sand along with a mixture of white glass and normal glass around the walls so it's like the foam of the water and the normal glass just let's you look through to the sea so you've got like wall, white glass (sea foam) normal glass (just to see through the layer to the light blue concrete (the sea/ocean) beneath) and then the sand as the beach in the center with the walkways and trees on it.
