Maybe you can prank them, but make it so the prank ends up giving them a present. In example, you can "finish" their base with shulker boxes, they can keep the shulker boxes, but have to mine away all the shulker boxes used to "complete" their base.

The oh no was hilarious, but my god I about peed my pants when Fwhip decided to run away and jump in the Hermitsippi River and gem said "oh that's not safe" seconds before Fwhip exploded from 2 trident drowned... it just made me laugh super hard, not that fwhip died to drowned but that gem remembered at the last second that that river is evil and unsafe especially at night and tried to warn Fwhip but was too slow.

I loved the idea of the crossover. It gave the hermits a break they needed, yet still allowed them to have the Minecraft fun they love. Impulse, for example, is now excited to work in the industrial district instead of dreading it like before. And I believe you schools prank with a prize at the end

Prank and Present. Something like the nether anchor/respawn thing you did to Scar, but maybe above an End portal? Then make up with a present for their pain, by building a build limit Xmas tree through their base and putting shulker boxes (presents) underneath

You should move all your shops into IBUY so that when people go shopping they see everything you are selling and buy more, like IKEA. You should also divide IBUY into sections, for example one section could be just for iluminiate. Another can be for enchanting, emeralds, and totems. A section can be for TNT & Rockets. Sugarcane, cactus, chorus fruit, and wheat. Maybe you could sell your old shop buildings to the Empires or hermits.

Cleo is doing a Present AND a Prank, and I think that is a lovely idea. so do both! Ideas wise, I would suggest something that calls back to an earlier season of HC or Empires (depending on the person), kills them in some fashion, and then once they are dead, it also gifts them loot. Maybe make a scavenger hunt of it!

Both, A prank with a present, like one of the scavenger hunts in season 7 (I think), go 10,000 blocks this way, 4,000 that way etc, the last sign gives co-ordinates for their bed and you hide it under there, or if you are a real beast, if you see them hunting, move the present to the second marker and have the marker at their home base start the journey again for pure evil laughs :D

I also think you should combine the two - a present that looks like a prank! You could make it seem super-suspicious at the get-go, maybe even have a book or sign they have to read first that says something to the effect of "this is totally not a prank!" and then at the end, when it's clear that it's actually a present, there's another sign or book that says something to the effect of "see? I told you it wasn't a prank!"

Prank, since it's a spicy pick! And for said prank, maybe something that launches them high or far. Or maybe a tunnel run, where they try to avoid falling dripstone while collecting falling diamonds. Maybe make the diamonds Royal Emeralds if you're leaning into the prank part (it'd be a easy way to get rid of them, that's for sure).

A prank that is really a present, obviously 😂 ideas: if it’s an Empires person, maybe a gift box full of mobs….cows, pigs, variously colored sheep, chickens, all of the above….slightly overfull, so they kinda explode out upon careless opening😂 if it’s a Hermitcraft person, a shopping gift certificate in a trapped chest that, when opened, triggers fireworks and instant-grows a spruce 🌲 tree (that’s as close as I can think to get to a holiday tree with decorations, and they get the wood and leaves to build with)

I'm kind of prank and present one in the same but using a lectern. Put a book on that lectern and depending on how many pages you turn it gives of a different signal strength. So if do it right there's a present at the end and if not then they get a dupe present 😊. (By dupe present: I mean like see a room with diamond blocks across the way and u trigger a string trap). So as another interesting devious idea somehow drop someone into a cactus or Sweet Berry bush trap and then have Rockets to send upon them lol.

I've been hanging out in the empire peeps' streams the last week and every single one of them (Pix, Jimmy, Scott, fWhip) has asked the same question: "Where can I buy terracotta?" and they all have had to beg from the hermits' own storages since there are no terracotta shops. Why not let the chosen one decide? Build a small place with 2 doors. One leads to a prank, the other leads to a present. Once the chosen one enters the room with the price, a glass wall let's them see what they didn't choose. If it's the present, it triggers, letting them see/sample what they dodged. If they choose the prank, they first get to see the present, and then it's time to face their fate. You will need to have them remove gear/set spawn, unless the prank won't destroy gear or if you're ok with gearing them up. Posible prank suggestion/ideas: If you are ok with gearing them up, giving them mining fatigue will force them to experience the prank, helpless despite having tools on hand. Prank doesn't need to be deadly, you could torture them with say.... Maria Carrey's Christmas song in a loop playing trough one of those custom music disks until they break out of the room WITH mining fatigue. I suggest extra thick walls (say 2-4 blocks deep depending on how long you want them inside), and maybe a one time closing piston door that's as thick as the walls. Oh... Don't forget the floor/roof. Strategic use of obsidian could help.

Timeline doesn’t match up though, that’s the issue. He had no time to be able to do that between leaving the vault and getting in again The last person we know who was in it was Bdubs, but its unclear if he had anything to do with it as someone could’ve snuck in later
