Pearl's new shop gives me the vibe of an army surplus store, warehouse store (of course), or a thrift store. Maybe the empty area could be used for a "give an item, take an item" system with tiers of item qualities to exchange so that no one trades dirt for netherite, or something like that.

When you start selling Netherite, you should sell it in ancient debris form instead of as ingots. That matches the trash theme much better

In the "rubbish bin" section, you should sell whole garbage bags (shulker boxes) with random items. One rule: don't open, just dig through the piles of shulkers and see what you got. "One man's rubbish is another's treasure" - who knows, maybe someone had too many diamonds at home ;)

The shop exterior really blends into the forest behind it unfortunately, but WOW that interior! The warehouse with the end rods for fluorescent lights and the spore blossoms for dust... it's incredible 21:24 I love how Scar moves back and forth haha "For sale you say? What may your price be?" with the side eye ahaha

I think it would be a cool thing when the dumpster part of the shop became a huge chest monster where people have a given time to search trough for 5 items/stacks (maybe more) they want and it would cost like 3-4 diamonds. Like a mini game called "Dumpster Diver"

After some experimentation, I discovered End Rods can block lingering potions, so you can put some above the door to prevent them from going all the way to the roof! Hope this helps. 💚

The tip shop is such an Australian thing, I love this!! We used to visit the stores whenever we had junk and scrap we had to take in to the tip, there's always some great hidden gems in those shops so this was a brilliant idea. 😄

Pearl you should consider part of the payment for items in your shop, "a unique item with high value," eg Impulse could pay 10 diamond and a beard, Bdubs could pay 10 diamonds and a clue to an adventure area.

More ideas for items you can sell! Enchanted golden apples, pigstep and the new disc, full iron ànd copper ore blocks, rabbits feet, dead bushes, cocoa beans, deepslate coal and iron, netherite block (yeah I know it's pricey but make it crazy expensive so you don't have to replace it)

Making the "Trash Bin" blue would make it POP more. It would also be appropriate because you're RECYCLING the "Trash." The green bin on the green forest background makes it blend in and hide the shop. The concept is GENIUS and well executed.

You should sell the stone diamond ore for some number of Diamond blocks. I would say 9dia blocks per ore, cause that stuff is insanely rare, as docM showed in how many he got from deleting the world!

I regularly visit buffets in different cities around the states. Before I go to a buffet, I will place 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. After entering the buffet, I sneak the corndogs into some of the fried food section trays. It is such a joy for me to see other customers of the buffet eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.

the new shop reminds me so much of this place called scrap in san francisco. it's like one or two steps above dumpster diving, and it's glorious. just this massive warehouse of junk that's completely useless except for very specific instances. got a trash bag full of dried sponge trimmings one time, won't need to buy new sponges for the rest of my life.

Hey Pearl! Love the shop and I wanted to suggest an idea for it! So sort of like how Grian did mystery boxes for his barge, I think it would be a cool idea for you to do mystery boxes for your shop that you can sell! You could put stuff in there from your base or even accept items from other hermits to contribute towards the boxes! (Also it would look cool if you made it dispense from a trash compactor looking area!)
