Hey Tango, g'day from Australia. Last stream Skizz stole your emerald box and the coupon for Scars sand and gravel. But he threw out the coupon and let it despawn. You said that you wanted to sue someone, here's an opportunity or a Don't Be That Guy bit in regards to retrieving items from a chest after a death in someone's base, or both, obviously sue him first. Yes I'm throwing him under the bus😊. His chat was screaming at him about it for ages. Which in itself is another opportunity for a DBTG bit about paying attention to chat. It gets juicier though. I was able to comment very early on his vod, and he replied with curiosity about the coupon and acknowledged the emerald shulker saying he should return it, or not, it's only Tango lol. Do with this information what you wish. Stay awesome. Keep up the great content ❤️ Now I'll watch this vod. Edit, after watching, nice farm Tango. You could use a repeater between each of the dust for the target blocks to stagger the minecarts launch time which would then facilitate item clumping due to the staggered arrival times. Extend the water stream for more composters. Verify that the bonemeal hoppers didn't collect anything from above. Maybe replace them with a dropper chain powered by observers. Consider lighting up the area to spawn proof, or fence off the build.

I wonder if someone could make a mod for a block that can be transparent or opaque for players based upon a setting so that the Hermits can set up spoiler walls and streaming Hermits can toggle their statues to not spoil builds that others don't want spoiled.

That is a good idea but I think it would become too modded for the server. But its just my opinion 😃

The block you are looking for is leaves, they turn transparent on fancy setting and opaque on fast settings

Maybe a solid fog command? Eg. /Fog X,Y,Z;R;D. Or. /Fog X,Y,Z-X,Y,Z;D. Where X,Y,Z = coords. R = Radius. D = density 1-10 (how opaque). You see an outline but other players see the fog and maybe can't enter.

How is that any different than just making spoiler walls out of dirt or sand/gravel? What's the benefit of being able to toggle them to transparent? They still need to take the time to manually build and remove the spoiler walls.

@@phiefer3 No resources needed and only takes the time of verifying the coordinates and typing the command. Also easily identifiable as a spoiler wall, an extra advantage is that it could extend underground which would protect the area from accidentally mining into the area and prevent others from building in spots that you haven't got to yet. It's just an idea I had when I saw the comment.

I have known donators who don't like fusses to be made about the money they donate. In fact, commenters have thrown at least one big donator into doing it at odd hours to avoid being the center of conversations like this. ♥ It's best just to be very grateful to see their support, and not bring up totals, jobs, or why they have disposable income. Idea for sponge shop: You could have a quasi rental service by selling sponges (ex: 9 diamonds/stack) and then have a spot for Hermits to return wet sponges for a "deposit refund" (ex: 4 diamonds/stack). You then hook up the wet sponge drop off to a smelter to dry them, and hook it back into the sponge stock.

To increase mushroom collection - you could stagger the cart start time so that the carts are vomiting everything up at different points - which should decrease the amount of mushrooms missed.

If you put full blocks under the rows without rails, then that should eliminate nearly all of the loss from items clipping through the shifting floor, since instead of falling straight through they should item elevator themselves back to the top of the farm, except for the ones that fall through where the rails are, but they'll just fall onto the rails and get picked up. The only remaining loss would be on the one side where there's no floor when it's shifted to the other side.

2:28:50 two sorters should be enough to catch all the fungi, since hopper-delay isn't that long. I know you are getting a lot but the more you get, the shorter you have to run the farm, the less bonemeal you use, the likelier it is that you can get it to be self-sustaining in tandem with the big fungus farm and don't have to build a moss farm on top (or at least have the moss farm be smaller).

Maybe already pointed out.... couldn't you just turn the top layer (pistons, mud dirt) by 90 degrees? Then the pushing would go back and forth over the mine cart rows. Might take longer to pick things up (depending on timing) but more likely to get everything.

Just fyi the soul sand at the minecart dropoff stations can also be mud. It just needs to be a block that isn't full but you can put rails on. Just in case you don't carry soul sand in the future. I find I always have mud with me.
