Unfortunately in a lot of U.S. states, there are "Right to work" Laws, which almost explicitly state that an employer can fire you at any time for no reason. Call them what you will, but "Right to Work" is a misnomer of epic proportions.

für mich schon fast unvorstellbar wie viel ausdauer, diziplin u durchhaltevermögen in solch einem projekt steckt. hut u thumbs up! platz eins bei mir von dir ist nach wie vor die tunnelbohrermaschine. ich habe solch eine in aktion gesehen, als der tunnel durch den taunus für die ice trasse zwischen frankfurt und köln gebaut wurde. viele deiner projekt kommen der realität sehr nahe. freue mich immer wieder, wenn deine glocke bei mir klingelt. so das mußte ich jetzt mal auf deutsch loswerden, bevor mein english mich volles blamiert. frohe weihnachten!

Doc, never let wrong things go past without questioning and letting people know they're happening. KZbin is completely messed up, with various questionable mechanics (algorithms and other inner workings) and practices! Several content creators have suffered big blows and stress for no reason and there was even some Germans trying to kinda unionize (of course) sort of, not sure if is the right way, but the discussion around content creator rights and how YT conducts itself is a must have. Consider checking out what Jörg Sprave has been questioning with others, maybe reach out if you haven't already, at least to see what different fronts content creators can create to pressure YT into respecting your work and better guarantees of a fair treatment and such! Loved the spiral galaxy design!

Actually, in several states here in the USA (including where I live), employers don't have to have any reason to fire you. It's basically so you can't sue for wrongful firing, because it's still a bad mark on your employment history.
