@@JagranHiTech I am from Indore, I bought Hero Optima CX ER Single Battery Version on 3rd October 2022 and after 2-3 days I started facing battery drain issue regarding which I went to the service centre but no help was provided by them and while they took my vehicle to check the problem, they also misplaced my vehicle charger and after 1 week they gave me someone's used old charger and my issue was also not resolved so I complained on hero customer email service as the toll free is made just to listen the tring tring sound and after complaint the service centre kept my vehicle for 1 whole week in the name of examing the problem and after a week they didn't even replace the battery, they again said there is no problem in battery and hero customer email service also said the something and then too I checked the mileage by shooting a proof video in which I showed them that I unplugged the charger when it was fully charged and after few kilometres it was discharged again but they didn't look into the matter again. If I get to talk to Surinder Gill Sir I would like to give him a feedback of their product and service. Company claim range 82km but the actual is not even half. I still have to pay EMI and I regret every month.
