It so much fun watching these instructional films without having to worry about FRT. American Honda films are better I think but I'm prejudice. But at least they show to a rag under the piston when removing (or installing for that matter) the piston pin clip! I've seen so many videos that don't do this. Try wasting time hunting out a clip that's fallen into the bottom end... you'll never make that mistake again. During training they showed this when I was a young pup at American Honda training.

I wish I'd seen this before I followed the Haynes manuals instructions on how to remove the cam shaft holder, mine had a stripped rocker cover thread and needed work. The Haynes manual didn't mention the two cylinder head bolts on the cam chain side, it instead went straight onto releasing the four sleeve bolts following the sprocket removal. Now following reassembly my cylinder head is leaking oil from the right side after only 500 miles. Hopefully its not warped. I will keep you up to date following disassembly. Might even post a vid. I'm really pissed off with Haynes.

I used a non branded but good quality 20w40 oil in my splendor plus bike but my bike started giving white smoke and after changing the oil with branded it stopped emitting smoke what will be the reason?
